1794 vacancies available for AIIMS NORCET 8, Check complete details

New Delhi- All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has released the vacancies for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET-8). The vacant seat positions for candidates willing to participate in NORCET 8 have been released on the official website of AIIMS New Delhi.
As per the vacant seat positions, a total of 1794 seats are vacant for UR, OBC (NCL), SC, ST, EWS and PwBD category candidates in 23 medical institutes of India. Out of these, AIIMS Patna has the highest number of 308 seats vacant, followed by CAPFIMS, Maidangarhi with 300 seats, AIIMS New Delhi with 202 seats and AIIMS Guwahati with 150 vacant seats.
Meanwhile, CIP, Ranchi has the least number of vacant seats at 8, followed by AIIMS Bilaspur with 5 seats and AIIMS Mumbai with 3 vacant seats. However, AIIMS Bhopal and AIIMS Raipur have no seats vacant for NORCET 8.

Meanwhile, the registration process for the NORCET 8 is still ongoing, therefore, candidates willing to appear for the NORCET 8 can submit the Online applications through the website till 17 March 2025 upto 5:00 P.M. For the NORCET 8, the General/OBC Candidates need to pay application fees of Rs 3000/-, SC/ST Candidates/EWS Candidates need to pay application fees of Rs 2400/.

STEP 1- Visit the official website of AIIMS, New Delhi.
STEP 2- On the homepage, click on the link that reads, ‘Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) - 8’.
STEP 3- A new page will appear on the screen.
STEP 4- Click on the NORCET link.
STEP 5- A new page will appear on the screen.
STEP 6- Click on NORCET 8 link.
STEP 7- Register yourself and proceed to fill in the application.
STEP 8- Pay the required fee and click on submit.
STEP 9- Take a printout of your application for future reference.
