AIIMS NORCET 6 Choice Filling deadline extended
New Delhi- All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has extended the last date to apply online by filling choice of the institute & their order of preference for the Institute/hospital for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET-06).
Candidates who are waiting to fill in their choices of the institute and their order of preference for the Institute/Hospital for the NORCET-06 for the 2024 session can now complete it by 26th May 2024 till 05.00 PM. The choice-filling process was started on 14th May 2024 and was scheduled to end on 21st May 2024 by 05.00 PM.
An official notice in this regard has clearly stated that “ all eligible candidates from the qualified list who have not applied are allowed to apply for online institute allocation as per their preference on or before 26.05.2024 (Upto 05.00 PM). Failing which all rights for Institute allocation will be forfeited”.
To apply online, all provisionally eligible candidates are required to log in to the official website of AIIMS using the credentials for online registration and sign up for the Institute Application Portal.
“Non-participating in applying for an allocation of Institute on the basis of NORCET-06 Rank will forfeit all rights related to the allocation of Institute allocation”, the notice added.
Also, AIIMS in its notice has instructed the candidates to complete the process within the stipulated time, ignore if already done. No correspondence will be accepted after 26.05.2024 (05.00 PM).
Furthermore, AIIMS has also informed through a notice that all SC/ST candidates appearing in the NORCET-06 examination for the 2024 session will be refunded the amount of their registration fee, but after verification of their valid SC/ST category certificate.
The notice said that candidates from the SC/ST category must upload their valid category certificate and complete the mandatory fields on the AIIMS portal with their respective credentials by 5:00 PM on May 31, 2024.
Those who fails to provide valid certificate for the said category by closing date, the fee paid will be forfeited. No correspondence will be entertained after closing date, said the notice.
