The alleged nurses were found to be part of the college and were posing as the faculty members of the institute. Due to violating the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rule 1965, the nurses were suspended as the Madhya Pradesh government has banned the participation of government officers and employees in any kind of political activity.
Such participation will be constituted as a violation of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services Conduct Rules 1965 and disciplinary action will be taken against the government employee concerned.
Similarly, if government servants acquire membership in students' organizations and take part in their activities, it will also be construed as a violation of the government rules.

According to the letter of suspension they received in this case, all nurses involved in this case had to report to the Government Mental Hospital during their suspension period.
Additional District Magistrate Pawan Jain told Free Press Journal, "Based on the students' complaints and on the investigation conducted in the matter, we had written to the director of Medical Education and Nursing Council to take appropriate action against the involved nursing staff."
