Orthopaedician allegedly plans murder of Gym Trainer, Arrested
When the police asked the doctor about the matter, he confessed that he had turned up the shooters for killing the gym trainer. He had agreed to pay Rs 5 lakh for the murder and had paid Rs 2 lakh in advance.
Agra: A 33-year-old orthopaedician along with his three alliances; has been arrested on account of allegedly hatching a plot to kill a gym trainer, suspecting extramarital affair with his gynaecologist wife.
All four of them were booked under IPC Sections 107 (abetment of a thing) and 115 (abetment of offence punishable with death or imprisonment for life-if offence is not committed).
According to media reports, the married doctor had speculated that his gynaecologist wife was having a love affair with her gym trainer. The doctor planned the murder of the trainer by getting in contact with a sharpshooter through connections of his driver.
The sharpshooter with a criminal record and on bail, along with two other accused met with the doctor in café to plan the trainer's murder. When the doctor was showing them the residence of the gym trainer, the police nabbed them before their plan could be executed. Police recovered a .32 calibre country-made pistol with three cartridges from the contract killer.

Anuj Kumar, station house officer of Sikandra, told the TOI, 'After monitoring the movement of shooter and his aide, we found that two were planning to eliminate a gym trainer. We picked up the shooter and interrogated him. During the investigation, he spilled the beans.'
When the police asked the doctor about the matter, he confessed that he had turned up the shooters for killing the gym trainer. He had agreed to pay Rs 5 lakh for the murder and had paid Rs 2 lakh in advance.
The SHO told the Indian Express, The doctor told police that he took the step when he despite his warnings, the trainer did not snap ties with his wife. He claimed that he had arguments with his wife when he asked her to avoid the trainer."
