The award was won post a detailed facility assessment and inspection of the hospital processes by the representatives of AHPI. After the preliminary evaluation, Paras HMRI Hospital was shortlisted on the basis of the documentation auditing and assessment done by the AHPI team.
The 'Patient Friendly Hospital' Award was won by Paras HMRI Hospital at the AHPI Global Conclave of Association of Healthcare Providers (India) in the presence of Dr. Girdhar Gyani, Director General, AHPI; Dr. Prem Nair, President, AHPI and around 400 other dignitaries and experts from the medical fraternity.
Dr. Ravi Shankar Singh, Regional Director, Paras HMRI Hospital said, "We appreciate that we have been rewarded for our persistent efforts to provide affordable, accessible and quality healthcare to all.
