COVID Fight in Bihar: Doctors, Nurses, Health Staff at private hospitals to get Rs 50 lakh insurance coverage

Patna - Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey today said that doctors, nurses and paramedical employees of private hospitals engaged in the treatment of coronavirus infected patients would get insurance coverage of Rs 50 lakh under Prime Minister poor welfare package in case of any eventuality.
Mr Pandey said that the benefit would be given to the doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff of private hospitals selected by the district administration.

He said that 120 private hospitals have been identified as of now by the district administration for the treatment of COVID 19 patients.
