Hundred Goa healthcare workers to get Covid-19 vaccines
A total of seven session sites in Goa would participate on the launch day wherein 100 health care worker beneficiaries will be vaccinated at Government hospitals.
Panaji: One hundred health workers will get vaccinated at different hospitals in Goa on January 16.
According to a statement from the government, the nationwide launch of the COVID vaccine is scheduled on January 16, 2021, and the state has received 23,500 doses of the COVID vaccine under the program.
Total seven-session sites in Goa would participate on the launch day wherein 100 health care worker beneficiaries will be vaccinated at Government hospitals namely Goa Medical College, Bambolim, North Goa District Hospital Mapusa, Hospicio Hospital, Margao, Sub District Hospital, Ponda, Sub District Hospital Chicalim and in two private Hospitals namely Manipal Hospital, Dona Paula, and Healthway Hospital, Old Goa, as directed by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (GoI).
