Ahmedabad: The Admission Committee for Professional Post-Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) has commenced the Round 2 NEET PG Counselling session. For the same, it has released the schedule, instructions, tentative seat matrix and Provisional Seats list for the candidates.

For all the candidates included in the Merit List of ACPPGMEC and eligible for admission of Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats of Medical and Dental Post-Graduate Courses in Government and Self-Financed Medical and Dental Colleges for the academic year 2020-21, schedule for 2nd round of online choice filling, allotment and reporting is as follows:

Process for participation for 2nd Round

• The candidates, (who have not been allotted any seat or allotted but not confirmed or confirmed his admission or cancelled his admission during the previous round of admission), can participate in 2nd round i.e. all the candidates who are included in the Merit-list of ACPPGMEC can participate in 2nd round of ACPPGMEC except the candidates, who have secured admission in 50% AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities/AFMS (MD/ MS/ Diploma and MDS) seats or DNB seats or seats of other state counseling.

• The candidates, who want to participate in the second and subsequent round, have to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in 2nd round, otherwise, the candidate will not be considered during the allotment process.

• To participate in the 2nd round, the candidates have to log-in in the website www.medadmgujarat.org using their User-ID and Password to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in that round.

• The seats available for admissions in the 1st round, according to the student's merit, will not be available in the second round or any subsequent rounds. Please see the Last Rank of Result of 1st Round on website: www.medadmgujarat.org.

• The candidates can change/swap/add/delete their filled choices of the 1st round.

• If your admission is upgraded to a new seat, you have to take print of allotment order of 2nd Round and report to nearby help center to get your new admission order. In case you don't report to help center within stipulated time your new admission will get cancelled. Hence in this scenario, you do not have admission on any seat.

• If the candidates, who have confirmed the admission of 1st round and have given consent to participate in 2nd round, have been allotted any new different seat (up-gradation of admission), the admission of the 1st round will get automatically cancelled.

• If the candidates, who have confirmed the admission of 1st round and have given consent to participate in 2nd round, have not been allotted any new different seat, the admission of the 1st round will be continued.

Instructions for confirmation of admission

• The list of candidates, who required reporting during 2nd Round, will be uploaded on the website at the time of declaration of result of 2nd Round of ACPPGMEC.

• Candidate has to take prior appointment for the Document Submission at Help Center. Candidate, himself/herself, can select the Date and time for Document Submission at the time of printing the Allotment Letter.

• Payment of tuition fees can be done by Online payment or by cash or by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPPGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC, (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on admission committee's website www.medadmgujarat.org) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays).

A. The candidate, whose allotment have not been upgraded:

(i) The candidates, who have confirmed their admission of 1st Round of ACPPGMEC by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, and whose allotment have not been upgraded (no change in the admitted subject; and no change in admitted college) in the second round, need not to report to the help center.

(ii) The candidates, who have confirmed their admission of 1st Round of ACPPGMEC by paying token fees and/or by submitting undertaking for one/more missing documents, and whose allotment have not been upgraded (no change in the admitted subject; and no change in admitted college) in second round, have to –

a. pay the remaining fees as per the term fees of their admitted branch and college by Online payment or by cash or by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPPGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC; and/or

b. submit the missing documents at Help Center where they have reported for confirmation of admission as per the schedule of 2nd Round of ACPPGMEC for payment of fees and submission of original documents at help center. If any candidate is failed to submit the missing documents or pay the remaining fees during prescribed time limit, the admission of 1st round is treated as cancelled.

B. The candidate, whose allotment have been upgraded:

• The candidate, whose allotment have been upgraded (change in admitted subject and/or change in admitted college) in second round, have to report at the help center for confirmation of admission of the second round.

• Payment of difference in tuition fees, if any, can be done by Online payment or by cash or by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPPGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC, (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on admission committee's website www.medadmgujarat.org during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays). Fees will be adjusted according to payment of tuition fees / token amount for admission of the first round. Excess fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process.

• For securing admission of the second round, the candidate must report to the same help center as reported in the first round with required documents. For confirmation of admission, take admission order of second-round from the help center.

• For NRI Candidate: Students have to confirm the admission by reporting at Help Center. Candidate himself/herself has to collect the tuition fees paid at admitted college in 1st Round. Candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollar or equivalent amount in any other foreign currency at the admitted institute in 2nd round on or before 16th July 2020. ACPPGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 2.00 lakh after the completion of the whole admission process.

(i) The candidates, who have confirmed their admission of 1st Round of ACPPGMEC by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, and whose allotment have been upgraded in the second round, have to submit the following documents as under:

a. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC of 2nd Round

b. Original Admission Order of ACPPGMEC of 1st Round

c. Photocopy of receipt of payment of tuition fees / token amount for 1st Round of ACPPGMEC

d. Original Receipt of Payment of Difference of Tuition Fee, if applicable

(ii) The candidates, who have confirmed their admission of 1st Round of ACPPGMEC by paying token fees and/or by submitting undertaking for one/more missing documents, and whose allotment have been upgraded in the second round, have to submit the following documents as under:

a. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC of 2nd Round

b. Original Admission Order of ACPPGMEC of 1st Round

c. Photocopy of receipt of payment of tuition fees / token amount for 1st Round of ACPPGMEC

d. Original Receipt of Payment of Difference of Tuition Fee, if applicable

e. All missing documents, if applicable

C.The candidate, who have been allotted seat for first time:

• Payment of tuition fees can be done by Online payment or by cash or by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPPGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC, (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on admission committee's website www.medadmgujarat.org during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays).

• For NRI Candidate: The candidate who has been allotted a seat in NRI category, he/she has to pay Rs. 2.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by Online payment or by cash or by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPPGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC. After that students have to confirm the admission by submitting Original Documents Help Center. Then the candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollar or equivalent amount in any other foreign currency at the admitted institute on or before 16th July, 2020. ACPPGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 2.00 lakh after the completion of whole admission process.

• The candidate has to submit their original documents as under:

1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC

2. Tuition Fee Receipt of Axis Bank

3. Tuition Fee Receipt generated through Admission Module

4. All year MBBS attempt-wise mark sheets

5. 12 months internship completion certificate (8 months internship completion certificate will not be valid for confirmation of admission)

6. Copy of current academic year NEET-PG-2020 Marksheet

7. Provisional Registration of State Medical Council / State Dental Council OR Medical/Dental Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/Permanent Registration of State Medical Council / State Dental Council OR Medical/Dental Council of India (In case of old pass out candidates) OR Receipt, if applied for Registration

8. Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)

9. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only

10. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha '4' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2017

11. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2019

12. Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign

13. Photo Copy of Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Authority

• Failing to bring any original document, the candidate will have no right of admission.
