Govt AYUSH hospital in Mangalore set to introduce hydrotherapy facility

Mangalore: The AYUSH Multi-speciality Hospital on the premises of Wenlock District Hospital is all set to introduce the new cutting-edge technology of hydrotherapy, a treatment that applies and uses water to treat a variety of symptoms while adhering to the principles of naturopathy.
The confirmation of this news has been given by Dr Mohammad Iqbal, district Ayush officer. He further added that the hydrotherapy unit worth Rs 20 Lakh will be inaugurated by this week, and the equipment was sponsored by the Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers (MCF).
