Issuance of Provisional Degree Certificate to 3rd MBBS Part (II) Pass Students: MUHS notice

Nashik: Through a recent notice, the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has informed about the issuance of Provisional Degree Certificate to the Third MBBS Part (II) Pass Students who have completed their Internship.

The notice states the following:

the University has decided to issue the Provisional Degree Certificates to the Third MBBS Part (II) Pass Students who have completed their M.B.B.S. Internship Programme. The Provisional Degree Certificate will be issued to those candidates whose last date of internship completion will be between dated 20-01-2020 to 29-06-2020.

The following documents have to be submitted for the process of issuance of Provisional Degree Certificate:

1) Application of Student for the issuance of Provisional Degree Certificate to the Controller of Examinations, MUHS, Nashik.

2) M.B.B.S. Passing Certificate

3) Internship Completion Certificate

4) Provisional Degree Fee to be submitted through RTGS in the following account details

5) Students Addhar Card

6) Students Full Address to submit Hard Copy

7) Students registered email id and Mobile No.

It is inform to all concerned that, they shall submit the above documents with self-attested copy on University email id ugexammedical@muhs.ac.in. The University will process the issuance of Provisional Degree Certificate of those students whose application will be received to the University and accordingly Provisional Degree Certificate will be issued to the eligible candidates on their registered email id and consequently, a hard copy will be sent to their address via speed post.

All the Deans/ Principal are requested to brought this circular to the notice of all concerned students. The wide publicity shall be given to this circular and be placed on the notice board of the college.
