MBBS, BDS admissions 2020 in Puducherry: Check out fee structure
Puducherry: With the admission process for MBBS courses ongoing in the state, the Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC) has issued a notification listing out the tuition fees for this academic session of 2020-21 at some of its medical, dental and Ayurveda colleges.
As per the notification, the annual Tuition fee for MBBS, BAMS and BDS courses in the UT of Puducherry for the academic year 2020-21 admissions is as follows:-
The MBBS fee structure at Indira Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute ranges from Rs 1,43,700 for Government Quota, US $125,000 for the NRI quota. Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) and Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College & Hospital are charging Rs 3,80,000 for government quota students, Rs 16,00,000 for management quota and Rs 20,50,000 for NRI quota.
The MBBS admission at Sri Venkateshwara Medical College will cost the government quota aspirants at Rs 3,29,000 while Rs 16,00,000 is set for management quota and Rs 20,50,000 for NRI quota.
For BDS course, the Mahatma Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Dental Sciences is charging Rs 80,375 for government quota and for NRI quota, the fee is US $ 22,000
The aspirants seeking BDS admission to Mahe Institute of Dental Sciences will have to pay Rs 2,50,000 for a government seat, Rs 6,50,000 for management quota and for NRI quota, the fee is set at Rs 9,50,000.
Sri Venkateshwara Dental College is charging Rs 69,000 for the government quota seat while for NRI and management quota, the fee is the same as the Mahe Institute of Dental Sciences.
Meanwhile, for BAMS admission, the Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda Medical College is charging Rs 61,000 for a government quota seat and for NRI quota, the students will have to pay US $ 20,000.
