Jaipur: Through recent notifications, the Rajasthan NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission, Counseling Board 2020 has released the tentative seat allotment schedule along with the seat matrix, choice filling form and instructions for eligible and ineligible candidates seeking MBBS and BDS admissions this academic year.

All the concerned aspirants who are vying for MBBS and BDS admissions in Rajastha based medical and dental colleges are requested to view with said details mentioned below:

The allotment procedure (Round 2, off-line) for MBBS and BDS courses will be carried out as per the schedule given below:

Tentative schedule for allotment process (off-line)

Seat allotment before the Board at the venue at Govt. Dental College, Jaipur (GDC, Jaipur)

At the spot on the same day along with submission of all original document and other documents as listed in instruction booklet

Candidates who joined in Round 1 and are participating in Round 2 must bring Fee receipt (in original)

11.12.2020 to 17.12.2020

(as per schedule notified below at page 2)

Reporting cum joining by candidates who are allotted seat in Govt c olleges / Govt. Socities colleges / RUHS CMS

Reporting Venue: New Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur

deposition of prescribed admission fee through Demand draft / electronic mode and 2 copies of application form alongwith all relevant documents photocopy (self attested) and undertaking, completion of all other formalities including bond at the desk of concerned college at SMS Medical College Jaipur

12.12.2020 to 15.12.2020

(9.00 am to 4.00 pm)

Reporting cum joining by candidates who are allotted seat in Govt D ental College (RUHS College of Dental Sciences, Jaipur)

Reporting Venue: Govt. Dental College, Jaipur

deposition of prescribed admission fee through Demand draft / electronic mode and 2 copies of application form alongwith all relevant documents photocopy (self attested) and undertaking, completion of all other formalities including bond at the desk of concerned college at GDC Jaipur

12.12.2020 to 15.12.2020

Reporting cum joining by candidates who are allotted seat in a Private c ollege

Venue: New Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur

deposition of prescribed admission fee through Demand draft / electronic mode and 2 copies of application form alongwith all relevant documents photocopy (self attested) and undertaking, completion of all other formalities including bond / bank guarantee at the desk of concerned college at SMS Medical College Jaipur

16.12.2020 to 20.12.2020

Round 1 joined candidates who are NOT participating in Round 2

Candidates who have joined the allotted college in round 1 and wish to continue in the same college / continue on the same seat (allotted in round 1) need not come to GDC, Jaipur for offline round 2 counseling physically; their existing allotted seat will be retained / continued as such.

All such candidates (who retain their round 1 allotment in round 2 counseling) are required to report at their round 1 allotted college to deposit remaining fees and complete other formalities including medical, at the round 1 allotted college, along with bond / bank guarantee, as applicable.

Refer the 'Merit wise-Date wise-Time wise slots list for round 2 counseling' available at the website and then Print Entry ticket for the Counseling venue (GDC, Jaipur), using Candidate login option.
There will be No Entry to the counseling venue without scanning of QR code available on the Entry Ticket. Only 1 accompanying person will be allowed with the candidate in the counseling venue. All candidates and accompanying person (only 1) must wear face mask and face shield properly.
No entry will be permitted to the counseling venue before the scheduled date and time (as given in 'Merit wise-Date wise-Time wise slots list for round 2 counseling' available at the website).
After entry to the counseling venue, No Exit will be permitted from the counseling venue without completion of the counseling process of the concerned candidate.
Note: No vehicle will be allowed to enter the Counseling venue (GDC, Jaipur).
Free Parking facility is available in Space Cinema (near Govt. Dental College, Jaipur) on 'first come first served basis', till availability of parking space.
The candidates having other eligibility criteria as XI shall be considered for allotment after exhausting the candidates having other eligibility criteria between I and X.
Candidates, who are not able to attend the counseling at their allotted date and time slot, may report the Board any day before completion of the counseling (up to 17.12.2020).
Candidates who could not deposit Registration fee on-line (MBBS course)
Candidates who could not deposit Registration fee on-line and are now willing to participate in Round 2 off-line counseling may report at GDC Jaipur at their Round 2 merit no. (on the notified date and time slot) alongwith a demand draft of the Registration fee in favour of 'CHAIRMAN RAJ NEET UG COUNS BOARD 2020' payable at Jaipur [INR 10,000/- (INR 5,000 for SC/ST/OBC/MBC) for allotment in Govt. / Govt. Societies Medical Colleges / RUHS CMS or INR 1,00,000/- (for allotment in Private Medical colleges), failing which they will not be considered for participation in round 2 counseling.
Candidates who deposited on-line (in round 1) only INR 10,000/- or 5,000/- and now for round 2 wish to participate and opt for private medical colleges also (along with Govt. colleges) are required to bring demand draft of the difference amount of INR 90000 or INR 95000 (as the case may be) at their Round 2 merit no. (on the notified date and time slot), failing which they will not be considered for admission on a seat in a private college.
Candidates in-eligible for allotment in round 2
As per the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court, no candidate can join two medical / dental colleges for MBBS/BDS course. List of candidates registered for the Rajasthan state counseling who have joined other colleges through All India counseling (MCC) round 2 as per date (who are in-eligible for allotment in State round 2) is placed separately at the website. No Entry Ticket will be printed/generated for such candidates. Objection, if any, may be submitted to this Counseling Board immediately through registered e-mail ID to the Counseling Board helpline.
All the registered candidates (Rajasthan State counseling) who have finally joined different medical colleges / dental colleges through any state counseling / AIIMS / other counseling boards should also inform this Counseling Board immediately if they have already joined and are still continuing. On participation, the allotment in round 2 shall be subject to cancellation if it is found that the candidate has already joined any other medical/dental college and is still continuing. Such candidates shall also be liable for legal action.

Important (for all participants)
Also, all the registered candidates (Rajasthan State counseling) who have finally joined different medical colleges / dental colleges through any state counseling / AIIMS / other counseling boards should inform this Counseling Board immediately if they have already joined and are still continuing. On participation, the allotment in round 2 shall be subject to cancellation if it is found that the candidate has already joined any other medical/dental college (in any state other than Rajasthan) and is still continuing. Such candidates shall also be liable for legal action.
