Jaipur: Through a recent notice, the Rajasthan NEET Counselling Admission Board has released the tentative schedule for Mop-up round and residual seat allotments, Off-line MBBS, BDS Counseling 2020

The allotment procedure (mop-up round and residual seats allotments, off-line) for MBBS and BDS courses will be carried out as per the schedule given below:

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE FOR ALLOTMENT PROCESS (Off-line) 

Application form (Mop-up Round)

Start date for filling of on-line application form and deposition of required

application fee

Candidates who completed application form for round 1 / round 2 need not apply again for mop-up round. Candidates who did not complete both the parts (Part 1 and Part 2) of the application form for round 1 / round 2 may now complete their Part 2 of the application form.

Application form filling is mandatory for allotments.

A candidate who does not fill application form will not be eligible for allotment. Both the parts (Part 1 and Part 2) of the application form must be filled and completed.

19.12.2020 to 22.12.2020

Last date for depositing the application fee at the website

22.12.2020 (4.00 pm)

Last date for submitting the on-line application form at the website

22.12.2020 (11.45 pm)

Publishing of provisional merit list (mop-up round)

24.12.2020 (5.00 pm)

Publishing of provisional vacant seat matrix (mop-up round)

24.12.2020 (5.00 pm)

Mop-up round: Seat allotment before the Board at the venue, at Govt. Dental College, Jaipur (GDC, Jaipur)

At the spot on the same day as per merit along with submission of all original documents and other documents as listed in the instruction booklet

Dental (BDS)

27.12.2020 (9.00 am)

Mop-up round: Reporting cum joining by candidates, deposition of prescribed admission fee through Demand draft / electronic mode and 2 copies of application form alongwith all relevant documents photocopy (self attested) and undertaking, completion of all other formalities including bond at the concerned allotted college 

Medical (MBBS)

26.12.2020 to 29.12.2020

(9.00 am to 4.00 pm)

Dental (BDS)

27.12.2020 to 31.12.2020

(9.00 am to 4.00 pm)

Application form (Residual seats)

Residual seats allotment (MBBS) in Govt. Colleges / RajMES MCs /MC Jhalawar and RUHS CMS, Jaipur at the venue at Govt. Dental College, Jaipur (GDC, Jaipur)

At the spot on the same day as per merit along with submission of all original documents and other documents as listed in instruction booklet

30.12.2020 (9.00 am)

Residual seats reporting cum joining by candidates, deposition of prescribed admission fee through Demand draft / electronic mode and 2 copies of application form along with all relevant documents photocopy (self-attested) and undertaking, completion of all other formalities including bond at the concerned allotted college

31.12.2020 (4.00 pm)

Residual seats allotments (MBBS) in Private Medical Colleges

The list of registered candidates eligible for residual seats will be provided to the concerned colleges Seats remaining vacant in private medical colleges to be filled at the level of concerned medical college

For admission on residual seats, candidates are required to contact the concerned medical college directly

Mop-up round 2 (Dental)

Schedule to be notified later

The candidates having other eligibility criteria as XI shall be considered for allotment after exhausting the candidates having other eligibility criteria between I and X.

Candidates in-eligible for allotment in the mop-up round

A candidate who has resigned from the seat allotted and joined in round 2 or deemed to be joined in round 2 will NOT be allowed to participate in mop-up allotment process even after fulfilling bond formalities at the concerned allotted college. Also, such a candidate shall not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds.

A candidate who has surrendered his/her seat allotted/upgraded in round 2 will NOT be allowed to participate in mop-up allotment process. Also, such a candidate shall not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds.
