Dexmedetomidine as adjunct may help manage One-Lung Ventilation in high-risk pediatric thoracic surgery, finds study
Recent paper investigates the effects of dexmedetomidine on oxygenation and pulmonary shunt fraction in high-risk pediatric patients undergoing one-lung ventilation (OLV) for thoracic surgery.
