AYUSH ministry extends last date of applications for Establishment of new homeopathy colleges, increase in seats
New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) has informed about the extension in the last date of applications for the establishment of new homeopathy colleges and the increase in seats.
As per the notification uploaded on the official website of AYUSH Ministry, keeping in view of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the last date of submission of application under section 13 A of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 & 12 A of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 which was upto 31st August 2020 has now been extended till 30th September 2020.
In continuation with the Public Notice dated 15.07.2020 related to receiving of online applications under section 13 A of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 [Establishment of New Medical College, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity by a Medical College Regulations, 2019] and 12 A of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 [Establishment of New Homoeopathy Medical College (Opening of New or Higher Course of study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity by a Medical College) Regulations, 2011], the last date of receiving applications has been reviewed by the Competent Authority of the Ministry in the wake of COVID-19 and it has been extended till 30th September 2020.
