Alcohol consumption is becoming more of fashionable concept though being a unhealthy habit. Be in with friends or family, it is becoming a trend to hold a glass of your favourite whiskey or wine. we know that excessive drinking is harmful, but yet even can moderate amounts be of any harm?
Even very light alcohol intake is associated with an increased risk for cardiovascular disease compared with not drinking at all, and the risk increases exponentially as alcohol intake rises, even at moderate levels.
