PG Medico injects himself with IV fluids, found dead inside car
In an unfortunate incident, a doctor working at a hospital in Madurai who was pursuing his second-year postgraduate medical degree allegedly committed suicide by injecting himself with intravenous (IV) fluids. His dead body was found inside his car three days later near the hill town of Kodaikanal in Tamil Nadu.
According to media reports, the doctor had been missing for four days before police discovered his body inside a parked car, which had remained stationary for three days in the same location. While preliminary investigations suggest the doctor may have been in debt due to alleged online gambling losses, police have not confirmed this as the cause of the suicide.
