Jharkhand HC seeks clarification from NMC regarding MBBS admission cancellation in RIMS

The Jharkhand High Court has recently sought clarification from the Apex medical education regulatory body- National Medical Commission (NMC) in a plea concerning the cancellation of MBBS admission of a disabled candidate in the state-run Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS).
Issuing notice in this regard, the bench has posted the matter for further hearing on March 14, 2023.
The concerned MBBS aspirant, who hailed from Lohardaga district of the State, approached the High Court bench challenging the cancellation of his admission and sought relief.
