Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced the result of 3rd round of online institute allocation for AIIMS New Delhi & other AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, NIMHANS, and SCTIMST for DM/MCh/MD (Hosp. Administration) (INI SS) Courses for July-2023 Session.

This list includes all candidates who were eligible for the 3rd Round of Online Institute Allocation as per mentioned in the information brochure. This online Institute allocation list is provisional subject to the eligibility & other conditions as mentioned in the prospectus/Notices published on the website.

Candidates who did not participate in any Round of Online Institute Allocation are eligible for an on-the-spot Round of Institute Allocation (if any) at their respective INI as per the applicable Merit List. Candidates who have been allotted an Institute in the 3rd round of Institute Allocation are required to mandatory report & join at their respective allocated Institute directly within the stipulated period of time.

Procedure to be followed by candidates who have been allotted institute against their course/subject in the 3rd round of online institute allocation -

All candidates who have been allotted an Institute in the 3rd Round of Online Institute Allocation or have not upgraded an Institute allotted in 2nd round of allocation are required to login through the online Institute allocation portal, accept the allotted Seat, and report at the allotted Institute by 31.07.2023 (up to 5.00 pm)

If any candidates who have been allocated the Institute in the 3rdRound of Online Institute Allocation do not respond in any of the above manner, their Institute allocation shall stand canceled, and they shall be ineligible for admission in DM/M.Ch/MD (Hosp. Administration) courses at allotted Institute.

Policy regarding the depositing of documents/certificates/DD -

The claim to the allotted Institute by candidates is subject to verification of original documents for eligibility as applicable, as well as identity verification of the candidate. If a candidate fails to submit all required certificates (original or photocopies with DD) his/her candidature shall stand canceled.

List of Documents/Certificates that are required to be deposited in Original/DD (Three lakh) along with one set of self-attested photocopies as applicable -

1. Offer Letter

2. Institute allocation letter

3. Final Registration Slip

4. Admit Card issued by AIIMS.

5. 10th passing/ Birth Certificate showing his/her date of birth.

6. MBBS degree & all years’ mark sheet

7. MD/MS degree/provisional pass certificate.

8. OBC/SC/ST/EWS or Ex-Serviceman certificate if you have taken any age relaxation.

OBC(NCL)

07.04.2022 to 06.04.2023 (Both Dates inclusive)

EWS

01.04.2023 to 15.05.2023 (Both Dates inclusive)

SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/PWBD

The certificate should be issued before 06.04.2023

Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.

Candidates must note that a certificate from any other person/authority will not be accepted, and no further correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The name, designation, and seal of the officer should be legible on the certificate.

The allocated Institute of candidates who fail to produce a valid certificate of PWBD category will be forfeited, and the candidates will be permitted to participate in the further round under their respective constitutional category subject to conditions applicable to the respective merit list.

Candidates who have been allotted Institute in the 3rd round of Institute Allocation are required to deposit a certificate / DD to a Nodal officer/official at respective INIs (the list is enclosed in the notice below). For those who wish to deposit DD, then the DD should be only in favor of AIIMS Main Grant, payable at Delhi.

General rules adopted for 3rd round of online institute allocation -

1. Every candidate has been allocated an Institute as per his/her best choice filled subject to merit in AML/ CML as applicable, as available at that rank for the 3rd Round.

2. Any seat remaining vacant after 3rd round or otherwise as per rules applicable at respective INI shall be filled by respective INI using the applicable merit list under the spot round. Dates for Spot Round will be published by respective INI before the closing date of admission as applicable.
