MP DME To Begin NEET Registrations tomorrow, Check out reservation, Counselling, Participating Institutes details here
Madhya Pradesh: The Director of Medical Education (DME MP) is going to begin registration for NEET UG counselling from 26th July 2023. The details related to registration, 5 per cent reservation, the flow chart for counselling, and names of participating medical and dental colleges have been released.
Registration process –
The seat will be allotted based on NEET UG merit for State quota seats in Government Medical/Dental colleges, Private Medical/Dental colleges, and NRI seats in Private institutes. The registration process for the same will begin on 26th July 2023. Candidates must register on the official website, mponline.gov.in, and submit an application form to participate in the counselling process.
5 per cent reservation –
The candidates participating in NEET UG counselling are informed that in the revised admission rule released on 10th May 2023, according to the rule 2 b, the candidates, in order to be eligible for 5% reservation, will have to produce the proof in the format (10A/B) mentioned in the DME website.
The flow chart for NEET UG counselling –
EWS candidates –
The EWS candidates will have to produce proof of earnings and property, and this is mandatory for taking admission to colleges and applying for 10% reservation in government jobs. The proofs have to be issued by the officer lower than the tahsildar. The officer must have completed a minimum of 15 days of work.
Criteria for EWS-
The candidates whose family yearly income should not be more than 8 lahks.
The candidates who are not eligible for EWS –
1. Those having land of 5 acre
2. The candidates having own house of 1200 square feet located in the municipal council area
3. The candidates having own house of 1800 square feet located at the city council
4. The candidates having own house of more than 1000 square foot
The documents required –
1. Composite card id
2. Land/plot/flat/house registry paper
3. Form 16/ITR V
4. Self-declaration letter

There is total of 41 institutes participating in the counselling process. MBBS has 26 institutes, and BDS has 15 institutes. The list includes both government and private institutes.
