AIIMS Mangalagiri To Conduct PDCC Entrance Examination on 9th July: Check Details
Mangalagiri- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Mangalagiri, has released a notice regarding the PDCC entrance examination. Through the notice, AIIMS Mangalagiri informed regarding the applications received in the different Post Doctoral Certificate Courses (PDCC) for the July 2025 session.
As per the notice, the PDCC Written Examination and the Practical assessment will be held on 09th July 2025. The written examination will be held in two time slots, i.e. 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM (60 minutes) at Examination Hall, Ground Floor, Admin building, AIIMS Mangalagiri.
Meanwhile, the PDCC Practical assessment will be from 02.00 PM onwards and will be held by the concerned departments. Below are the details-
STAGE 1- Written test carrying 50 marks of 60 minutes duration in the subject the candidate has applied for. The question paper will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The candidates who have applied for multiple courses need to appear for the written examination separately in the 2nd session, i.e., from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM.
STEGE 2- Candidates who have secured 50th percentile or more marks in the written test (Stage-I) will be called for practical assessment.
FINAL SELECTION- The Final result will be declared based on the total marks obtained in stage I and stage II examinations.
SCHEME OF MARKING
The question paper will consist of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 1 hour duration. There is no negative marking. Scheme of marking will be as follows-
1 Correct Answer: One mark (+1).
2 Not answered: Zero mark (0).
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES
1 All candidates are instructed to fill out the Admit Card in duplicate and paste a recent passport-size colour photo. Candidates who have applied for multiple courses need to fill Admit Card separately.
2 Produce the duly filled Admit Card along with a valid Identity Card (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Driving License, etc.) at the time of entering the Examination Hall; failure to which, candidate will not being allowed to enter the examination hall.
3 This Admit Card shall be deemed annulled in case the candidate at any stage is declared ineligible by the competent Authority.
4 Candidates may be subjected to frisking and electronic surveillance.
5 Report at least 60 minutes before the start of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter in Examination Hall after starting the commencement of the examination.
6 No candidate is allowed to leave the Examination Hall before the completion of the stipulated examination duration.
7 No candidate shall be allowed to enter the Examination Hall with any article / book / paper / calculator / cell phone / any kind of wrist watches / Bluetooth device / pager, Wallet / Purse / keys, apron, etc. In case any prohibited material(s) are found with the candidate, it shall be treated as use of unfair means & appropriate disciplinary action shall be taken against the candidate.
8 Candidates using unfair means may be disqualified and excluded from this and any subsequent examination held by the institute.
9 Candidates should use onlya blue ballpoint pen while answering their papers.
