AACCC issues notice on Round 3 PG AYUSH Counseling, Check out details

Delhi: Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has informed the candidates about the R-3/mop-up round for PG counseling. The seat matrix and newly added seat details have also been released.

Per the notice, candidates who have inadvertently filled in the wrong information or want to edit/modify the information submitted in the AACCC PG counseling registration form are being further granted an opportunity to edit/correct their registration/application form. The candidates can complete the editing process until noon on 27th February 2023.

To avail of this facility, candidates must log into the AACCC-PG portal (www.aaccc.gov.in) and then click on the ‘Registration Unlocking’ tab under the ‘Available Services’ Section. Once the candidate activates the Registration Unlocking, the earlier submitted choices will become null & void. Hence, all candidates who avail of the Registration Unlocking facility are requested to exercise choice filling again.

The following candidates are eligible for participating in the 3rd /mop-up round for AIQ PG seats under Govt./Govt. Aided / Central Universities/National Institutes/Deemed Universities –

1. AIAPGET-2022 qualified candidates who register for the first time

2. Registered candidates who have not been allotted any seats in R-1 & R-2

3. Candidates who have submitted willingness for up-gradation at the time of joining at R-1allotted Institute but not upgraded in R-2

4. Candidates who have submitted willingness for up-gradation at the time of joining at R-1 allotted institute but did not participate in the R-2 of counseling

5. Round-1admitted Candidates availed of free exit within the stipulated period

6. Round-2 admitted Candidates opted willingness for up-gradation of their admitted seats

7. Candidates allotted seats in Round-2 and availed of free exit (not joined)

8. Candidates withdrew from the Round-2 admitted seat three days before commencement of the 3rd round (up to 19th February 2023), with forfeiture of Security Money. (I need to remit the complete fees again)

The candidates note that there is no free exit during this round. Hence they should carefully fill in the choices.

Admission rules –

1. Candidates who have been allotted/upgraded a seat in the 3rd / mop-up round must join the allotted/upgraded institute. ISupposecandidates do not join the allotted/upgraded seats. In that case, their security money will be forfeited, and they will become ineligible for further AYUSH-PG counseling (Central/State/UT/Central Pool Quota).

2. All candidates are advised to ensure that the allotted college online mode makes the admission process only by generating the “Provisional Admission Letter” from the AACCC PG portal. Any admission made through offline mode shall be treated as null & void.

3. All participating institutes are instructed to facilitate the admission/reporting of students, even on holidays, if necessary.
