BAMS, BHMS Admissions: DME Gujarat notifies on Round 3 Allotment, Reporting deadlines

Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has commenced the 3rd round of allotment & reporting for BAMS and BHMS Courses for the academic year 2024 from today.

As per the schedule, the payment of tuition fees at the designated branch of HDFC Bank and reporting & original document submission at the help centre process is starting from today i.e. 24th October 2024 till 28th October 2024.

For all the eligible candidates who are included in the Merit List of ACPUGMEC, for admission to Government Seats and Management Seats, into Ayurved & Homoeopathy Undergraduate courses in Government, Grant in Aid and Self-Financed Colleges for the academic year 2024-25, schedule for 3rd Online Round Allotment & Reporting is as follows-

STEPS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

Below are the steps to confirm the admission-

STEP 1- Open the official website of DME Gujarat for UG admission.

STEP 2- Login into your account.

STEP 3- Check your Allotment status.

STEP 4- Print the Allotment letter and take an appointment at a nearby help centre from your log-in.

STEP 5- Print fees challan (for all students) & make online payment through the ACPUGMEC portal.

STEP 6- Go to a nearby designated HDFC bank for fee submission.

STEP 7- If you have paid fees at the Bank counter collect the fees receipt provided by HDFC bank and also, your fees challan stamped by HDFC bank.

STEP 8- Visit the selected help centre for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter with fee receipt and challan certified by HDFC bank. [

STEP 9- Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches) Appropriate size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with fee receipt.

STEP 10- Collect your admission order signed and stamped by the nodal officer from the help centre and secure it for further rounds.
