BCECEB invites applications for AYUSH Round 1 admissions 2025, details

Bihar - The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has commenced the registration and choice-filling process for the first round of AYUSH admissions.

Candidates aspiring for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), and Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) courses can apply through the counselling official portal.

The registration process, linked to the Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling [UGMAC (Ayush)-2025], opened on September 23 and will remain active until September 29, 10:00 PM.

According to the official notice issued by the BCECEB in this regard, admissions will be strictly based on the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) exam for the academic year 2025, merit list prepared by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The BCECEB will use this rank list to allot seats across government and private AYUSH colleges in Bihar.

STEPS FOR HOW TO APPLY

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned here to apply for the Bihar NEET UG counselling 2025-

STEP 1- Visit the BCECEB official website and open the UGMAC (Ayush)-2025 link.

STEP 2- Register using NEET UG 2025 roll number, application number, and personal details.

STEP 3- Fill the application form with academic records, category, and NEET score.

STEP 4- Upload photo, signature, and required certificates.

STEP 5- Pay the counselling fee online.

STEP 6- Fill and lock your course and college preferences.

STEP 7- Review and confirm choices before the deadline.

STEP 8- Download and print the application and choice sheet.

STEP 9- Attend counselling with the original and photocopies for verification.

Meanwhile, the notice also stated that the DQ candidates have to submit a DQ certificate issued by only authorised Centres / Institutes on the prescribed proforma. For this, after filling and downloading the hard copy of the online application form, candidates must consult any concerned authorised Medical College / Centre / Institute with the downloaded online application form for disability test for obtaining disability certificate.
