DME Gujarat Announces Schedule For 10th Online Round For UG AYUSH Courses

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the schedule for the 10th online round for UG AYUSH courses. The non-reported seat list round 9 and provisional merit list have also been released.

Detailed schedule –

1. 10th Online Round Choice Filling - 07/12/2023 (03:00 pm)

2. Display of Choices filled by candidates - 07/12/2023 Up to 06:00 pm

3. Display of Seat Allotment - On or before 07/12/2023

4. Online Payment OR Payment of Tuition Fees at a designated branch of HDFC Bank - 08/12/2023 - 11/12/2023 (12:00 noon)

5. Reporting & Original Document Submission at Help Center - 08/12/2023 (10:00 am) - 11/12/2023 (04:00 pm)

Guidelines for Choice Filling –

Online allotment of seats is done on the basis of merit cum choice in institutes permitted by the concerned council.

Choice can be decided by the candidate on the following criteria –

1. Course of choice

2. Institute/Place of choice

3. Government or Self-financed Institute

4. Tuition fees

For online choice filling, the candidates need to visit the website of DME. Click on the “Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic & Homeopathy” tab under “Undergraduate Admission”. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

Click on the “Apply for Admission in Medical, Dental, Homeopathy, and Ayurvedic” button. A new window will appear on the computer screen. Click on “Candidate Registration/Login”. A new window will appear on the computer screen. Enter USER ID (Sr No. of PIN), Password, 14 Digit PIN, Captcha and click on the Submit button. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

Click on “CHOICE DETAILS”. 3 options will be displayed as below –

1. Available Choice: the candidates can see all available choices

2. Fill Choice: to start their choice-filling process

3. Print-Filled Choice: after locking choices, the candidates can take the printout of their choice list

Click on “Available Choice” to start the process of choice filling. A new window will appear on the computer screen. CHOICE AVAILABLE: You can see all available choices.

The candidates can filter out the choice based on options as under –

1. Branch: [AYURVEDA / HOMEOPATHY

2. Institute Type: GOV/ SFI / GIA

3. Seat Type: GOVERNMENT SEAT (GQ) / MANAGEMENT SEAT (MQ) / NRI SEAT

Click on “Fill Choice” to start the process of choice filling. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

Filter choices by Branch, institute, institute type, and seat type -

1. Branch: BAMS, BHMS

2. Institute type: Blue colour – Govt. and Gant-in-aid Institute; Green colour – Self-financed institute

3. Seat type: GQ - Government Seat; MQ: Management Seat; NQ: NRI Seat

4. Institute: Name of particular institute

Add choices: the candidates can add the unlimited number of choices.

The candidates can re-arrange their choices by serial number.

The candidates can delete all filled choices and can start choosing new choices again.

Click add in left side panel ⇒ choice will be shifted to the right-side panel

SAVE CHOICE: To save filled choices

SAVE & EXIT: To save filled choices and exit from the choice filling page

After saving and exit the choices page, the candidates can review their choices. Click on “Modify Choices” to modify their choices. After typing 14-digit PIN no., they can lock their choices after clicking on “Lock Choices”.

Candidates must take printouts of locked choices. Whenever any query arises, the committee will consider print-out of your locked choices only. They can Unlock and modify your filled choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. till the time and date decided by ACPUGMEC. If they fail to lock choices, it will be automatically locked on the last day of choice filling.

Process for participation in the 10th online round –

All the candidates included in the Merit List of ACPUGMEC can participate in the 10th online round. If any candidate has not taken part in the previous round in ACPUGMEC after registration, can also participate in the 10th round of choice filing. To participate in the 10th round, the candidates have to log in to the website of DME using their User ID and Password to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in the ninth online round.

Candidates who are admitted in MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS courses up to round 09 and allotted a seat in BAMS/BHMS in round 09 but did not confirm a seat will not be allowed to participate in the 10th round.

The non-reported seat list round 9 and provisional merit list have also been released. The detailed lists are enclosed in the notices below.
