DME Gujarat Begins Admission Process for AIQ BAMS, BHMS Seats in Self-Financed Colleges, Know All Details Here

Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME), Gujarat has released the schedule for online Registration and Document verification for the admission to 15% All India quota (AIQ) seats of 1st year undergraduate courses in Ayurvedic and Homoeopathy in Self-Financed colleges for the academic year 2025-26.

As per the advertisement issued by the DME Gujarat in this regard, after Qualifying Examination of 12th Standard (Science Stream with B/AB Group) passed from the school situated anywhere in India from any examination board in India and after qualifying as per AIQ in the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2025 and eligible as per Admission Rules of Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India and respective commission/council can register.

Below is the detailed schedule for admission to 15% All India quota seats of 1st year undergraduate courses in Ayurvedic and Homoeopathy in Self-Financed colleges for the academic year 2025-26.

Meanwhile, for Online Registration, PIN can be purchased online from the DME Gujarat official website on payment of Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs 10,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs 11,000/-.

After online Registration, candidates have to take a prior appointment for the document verification and Submission of self-attested photocopies of Documents at the Help Centre. Candidates themselves can select the Date and Help Centre for document verification at the time of printing the Registration Slip.

Filling in of Candidate's other details.

Password generation.

Confirmation of filled details.

Take a Print-out of the Registration Details.

2 NEET-UG mark-sheet of the current academic year.

3 Proof of Birth Place.

4 Proof of Birth Date.

5 For Candidates Born Outside Gujarat.

6 For Scheduled Caste (SC)candidate.

7 For Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidate.

8 For Socially and Educationally Backwards Classes (SEBC) candidates.

9 For Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidates.

10 For a Person with Disability (PwD) candidate.

11 For the local candidate of Ahmedabad.

12 For the local candidate of Surat.

13 For Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) candidates.

14 Certificate Physical Fitness.

15 Sons and daughters of defence personnel.

16 Sons and daughters of IAS/IPS/IRS personnel/ Government Employees.

17 Students who passed the 12th from Jawahar Navoday Vidhyalaya outside Gujarat State.

18 Students who passed std. 10th and 12th from the Gujarat board of Union Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

19 Students who passed std. 10th and 12th from other than the Gujarat board of Union Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

20 For 15% All India quota seats of BAMS & BHMS courses in Self-financed colleges.

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION TO CONFIRM REGISTRATION

All candidates must verify all original documents at designated help centres and obtain a registration slip, without which the candidate shall not be eligible for further admission process.

ORIGINAL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION AT HELP CENTER

1 The candidate has to submit the original documents along with the Allotment Letter of the respective Round and the Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fees at the appointed Help Centre for confirmation of admission.

2 The candidate, who fails to pay prescribed fees and submit original documents, his admission will not be granted under any circumstances.

ONLINE CHOICE FILLING & ALLOTMENT OF ADMISSION

1 After merit list declaration, choice filling will be initiated online for each round.

2 Once the choice filling period is over, the ACPUGMEC will process for allotment of seats and declare the status of allotment on the website. The candidates can view their status of allotment by logging in through their own User ID.

PREPARATION AND PUBLICATION OF MERIT LIST

After the registration process, ACPUGMEC will prepare and declare the merit list of all eligible candidates. The candidate needs to verify the merit number and category as mentioned in the registration details.

PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES

The candidate has to pay the requisite amount of tuition fees of his allotted institute by cash/DD at any of the designated bank branches or through online payment within the time limit specified by the ACPUGMEC.
