DME Gujarat Begins Allotment, Reporting Of Extended 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round for BAMS, BHMS Admissions 2024

Gujarat- Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has begun the extended 4th online (stray vacancy) round of allotment and reporting (for BAMS and BHMS courses) for the academic year 2024.

As per the schedule in this regard, the process of Extended 4th Online (stray Vacancy) Round of Allotment and Reporting (for BAMS and BHMS Courses) 2024 started on 02 December 2024 and will end on 06 December 2024.

For admission of Government Seats and Management Seats of Ayurved & Homeopathy Undergraduate courses in Government, Grant in Aid and Self-Financed Colleges for the academic year 2024-25, schedule for Extended 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round of Allotment & Reporting is as follows-

PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES

1 Candidate can pay the Tuition fees of the allotted college either by online payment mode through the official website of ACPUGMEC OR by cash OR by Demand Draft through a designated branch of HDFC bank (List of designated bank’s branches is available on the admission committee’s website.

2 If a candidate has paid fees via the Online Payment Module, the Candidate has to visit directly to help centre with the online receipt of fee payment. OR If a student has paid Tuition fees by Cash OR Demand Draft through a designated branch of HDFC bank, then he/she has to collect 02 copies of the receipt generated from HDFC bank and get the bank stamp on a copy of the challan.

STEPS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

The candidates are instructed to follow the below-mentioned steps to confirm their admission-

STEP 1- Open the website for UG admission.

STEP 2- Login into your account.

STEP 3- Check your Allotment status.

STEP 4- Print the allotment letter and take an appointment at a nearby help centre from your log-in (For NRI students GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Only).

STEP 5- Print fees challan (for all students) & Do Online payment through the ACPUGMEC portal.

STEP 6- Go to a nearby designated HDFC bank (fees can be deposited by means of Cash or DD Only).

STEP 7- If you have paid fees at the Bank counter collect the fees receipt provided by HDFC bank and also, your fees challan stamped by HDFC bank.

STEP 8- Visit the selected help centre for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter with fee receipt and challan certified by HDFC bank.

STEP 9- Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches) Appropriate size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with fee receipt.

STEP 10- Collect your admission order signed and stamped by the nodal officer from the help centre and secure it for further rounds.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

1 Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Document Submission at the Help Center. Candidate can select the Date and Help Center for Document Submission at the time of printing the Allotment Letter.

2 After payment of tuition fees, the candidates who have been allotted seats, have to submit the following original documents at the appointed Help Centre-

i Allotment Letter of ACPUGMEC.

ii Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fees at Bank/Online.

iii Tuition Fees Receipt generated through Admission Module.

iv Print Copy of NEET-UG mark sheet of the current academic year.

v Std. 10thMarksheet.

vi Std. 12thMarksheet.

vii Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate- compulsory for all candidates& Birth Certificate/ Passport--If birthplace not mentioned in School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate).

viii Domicile Certificate for students born outside Gujarat (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar/Executive Magistrate/Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only.

ix For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.

x For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt: 01/04/2022. This certificate should be valid for 2024-25.

xi For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt: 01/04/2022. This certificate should be valid for 2024-25.

xii Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual).

xiii Fitness Certificate.

xiv Any other document as per requirement.

After submitting the original certificates and fee receipt required to confirm admission, the candidate will receive the admission order for the current round with the signature and stamp of the Nodal Officer of the Help Center. Failing to bring any original documents, the candidate will have no right of admission.

DECLARATION OF RESULT OF SEAT ALLOTMENT AND PRINTING OF ALLOTMENT LETTER

1 After choice filling ACPUGMEC will declare the result as per the merit number and choices filled by the candidate.

2 Candidates can download their allotment letter and Tuition fees challan from their account after login with the help of User ID & Password.
