DME Gujarat Begins Online Registration for PG Ayurveda, Homeopathy 3rd Round Admissions

Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education, (DME) Gujarat has started the 3rd round of online registration for admission in the 1st year Postgraduate Ayurveda and Homeopathy courses for the academic year 2024-25.

As per the schedule, in this regard, the online PIN purchase from the official website of DME Gujarat and the online registration & document upload process started on 21st October 2024 which will end on 24th October 2024.

For the academic year 2024-25, the schedule for the 3rd round of online registration, only to those candidates who have not registered in Round 01 or Round 02, or who were allotted a seat in Round 02 but whose admissions have not been confirmed (Exited with forfeiture of the refundable security deposit) for the admission of Government seats and Management seats of postgraduate Ayurveda and Homoeopathy courses in Government and Self-Financed colleges of Gujarat State, is as follows-

For online registration PIN can be purchased through online payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) + Rs.10,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs.12,000/- from the DME Gujarat official website. After online Registration, the candidate has to upload the required documents. There will be no need to verify the application and submit copies of certificates at the Help Center.

Candidates who have purchased an Online PIN by paying Rs.12,000/- in Round 01 or Round 02 and have not done online registration or have not uploaded documents after completing the online registration, need not purchase an online PIN again. They only have to do registration and upload documents.

Candidates, who are eligible as per AIA-PGET-2024 as well as AYUSH Ministry, New Delhi and have passed BAMS/BHMS course from the universities of Gujarat state, are eligible for Govt and Management quota seats of postgraduate Ayurveda and Homoeopathy courses in Government and Self-Financed colleges of Gujarat State.

ORIGINAL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION AT HELP CENTER

The list of Original Documents to be submitted is as follows-

1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC.

2 Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees for Self-financed institute / one-year fees for Government institute at designated Axis Bank branch.

3 All-year attempt-wise BAMS / BHMS mark sheets.

4 Internship completion certificates (on or before 31/07/2024).

5 Copy of the AIAPGET Mark sheet of the current academic year.

6 Provisional Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine/ Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Indian Medicine / Central Council of Homoeopathy ((In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/Permanent Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine/ Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Indian medicine / Central Council of Homoeopathy (In case of old pass out candidates) with renewal receipt where is applicable.

7 Documents showing Date & Place of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)

8 For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.

9 For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2022. The certificate should be valid for 2024-25.

10 For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2022. The certificate should be valid for 2024-25.

11 Photocopy of Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

12 Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign.

PREPARATION AND PUBLICATION OF MERIT LIST

1 After the registration process, ACPPGMEC will prepare and declare a merit list of all eligible candidates.

2 Candidate needs to verify merit number and category as mentioned in registration details.

ONLINE CHOICE FILLING & ALLOTMENT OF ADMISSION

1 After merit declaration, the choice filling will be initiated online for each round.

2 After the choice-filling period is over, the ACPPGMEC will process for allotment of seats and declare the status of allotment on the website.

3 The candidates can view their status of allotment by login to their own User ID.
