DME Gujarat Begins Round 1 Choice Filling Process For PG Ayurveda, Homeopathy admissions, 548 seats available

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has begun the Round 1 choice-filling process for PG Ayurveda and PG Homeopathy courses for the academic year 2023-24. The provisional merit has also been released.

The choice-filling process can be carried out up to 14th October 2023 (9:00 am). The choices will be displayed up to noon. Choice can be decided based on a Specific Branch/Specific Institute/Place/Government or SFI/Choice on the base of fees.

Online allotment of seats is done on the basis of merit cum choice. So, it is merit cum choice-based allotment.

In the choice filling of the second round, choices available for candidates/allotment of seats will be carried out as per the closure of the first round. If the candidate is unable to secure the allotted seat for whatever reasons, such a candidate shall not be eligible to get admission in the same subject in the same institute in the successive rounds of counselling.

The steps for choice filling –

The choices can be filled through the official website of DME.

Click on the link “Post Graduate Admission – Homeopathy, Ayurveda”, available on the home page.

Click on “Login for Post Graduate Ayurveda and Homeopathy Admission”.

Click on “Candidate Registration/Login”.

Fill in the registration details.

Click on “Choice Form”.

Options are –

1. Available Choice: you can see all available choices

2. Fill choice: to start your choice-filling process

3. Print-filled choice: after locking your choices, you can take the printout of your choice list

Available Choice: the candidates can see all available choices.

Please check annual fees and term fees. Candidates have to pay term fees at the time of admission.

Filter your choices by branch, subject, institute type, seat type and institute.

Add your choices; the candidates can add an unlimited number of choices.

The candidates can move and delete their choices according to their preferences.

The candidates can re-arrange their choices by serial number.

Fill Choice: the candidates can add choices from the left side panel to the right side.

Blue: Govt. Institute / Brown: SFI Institute.

GQ: Government Quota, MQ: Management Quota, AQ: AIQ seats SFI College.

After save and exit the choices page, the candidates can review their choices.

Click on modify choices to modify choices.

After typing 14-digit PIN no., the candidates can lock their choices.

The candidates must take printouts of their locked choices. Whenever any query arises, the committee will consider printouts of locked choices only.

The candidates can again Unlock choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. to modify the choices.

If the candidates fail to lock choices, it will be automatically locked on the last day.

548 seats are available for choice filling of PG Ayurveda and PG Homeopathy courses. PG Ayurveda has 281 seats, and PG Homeopathy has 267 seats vacant.
