DME Gujarat notifies on 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) For BAMS, BHMS Courses, check out schedule

Ahmedabad: The DME Gujarat has released the schedule and all admission details for the 6th offline round BAMS and BHMS counselling.

Those students who have given online consent for the 6th offline round (4th stray vacancy offline round), will only be allowed to participate in the 6th offline round (4th stray vacany offline round).

All the candidates are advised to pay tuition fees, preferably, by Demand Draft

No proxy and authority will be allowed in 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) is offline counseling process, so candidates must come in person as per schedule of his/her merit numbers.

Candidates are advised not leave admission premises till instructed by ACPUGMEC officer. 

Candidate must reach the selected Help Center 30 minutes before scheduled time for counselling.

All the candidates are instructed to see the vacancy status available for 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) and closure of 5th Online MOP UP Round. The admission committee shall allot the seats as on available vacancy and also vacancy arise due to cascading effect of that particular seats.

Instructions for 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) of Counseling (For BAMS & BHMS Courses)

ACPUGMEC is going to organize 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) for Admission in BAMS & BHMS Courses through Video Conferencing for this academic year 2022-23 at following Medical

All the candidates who are included in the Merit-list of ACPUGMEC can participate in 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round), except the candidates, who have secured and joined admission in MBBS & BDS courses in previous rounds of Medical Counseling Committee (MCC)/Previous rounds of State Quota OR except the candidates, who have secured and joined admission in BAMS OR BHMS courses through AACCC, New Delhi. 

It is mandatory for all the candidates, who want to participate in the 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round), to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in the 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round).

To participate in the 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round), the candidates have to log-in in the website http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx using their User-ID and Password to give ONLINE CONSENT from 11.00 am, on Dt.09-01-2023 till 04.00 pm, on Dt.13-01-2023 only. 

The candidate can take part in the 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) without cancelling his admission of the previous rounds in Ayurveda OR Homeopathy.

The candidate, who has not given online consent during stipulated time, will not be allowed to participate in the 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) in any circumstances.

After giving consent students have to take printout of “Consent/Choice Form” available in “Registration Details”, which shows the date and time of consent given by him along with place for 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round).

Candidate has to remain present as per the merit rank on allotted date and time at his Selected Help Center. Candidate is instructed to bring “Consent/Choice Form” at the time of offline counseling.

All the candidates are instructed to see the vacancy status available for 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) and closure of 5th Online round (3rd Online MOP UP round). The admission committee shall allot the seats as on available vacancy and also vacancy arise due to cascading effect of that particular seats.

The candidates will be called as per the merit rank and will be allotted the admission on vacant seats as well as vacancy arises due to up gradation of seats during counseling. During 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) of counseling, candidate will be offered seat as per the previous closure, vacancy and merit rank. If he is not willing to take admission in the offered seat, he can refuse the admission. In such case his/her previous admission of BAMS OR BHMS will remain as it is.

If the candidate wants to cancel his admission of BAMS OR BHMS of previous round, he can cancel it at the time of his 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) of counseling. Tuition fees will be refunded at the end of whole admission process.

The candidate, who have cancelled his/her admission of previous rounds coming for fresh admission, are required to bring following original documents at the time of counseling.

a) Consent/Choice Form for 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round)

b) Print Copy of NEET-UG-2022 Marksheet [NEET-UG-2022 

c) Std. 10th Marksheet

d) Std. 12th Marksheet

e) Document showing place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)

f) Domicile Certificate for students born outside Gujarat (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar/Executive Magistrate/Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only.

g) For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.

h) For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2020.

i) For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2020

j) Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual)

k) Physical Fitness Certificate

l) Any other document as per requirement

The candidate, who have taken admission of BAMS OR BHMS courses in previous round of ACPUGMEC, have to bring original admission order of ACPUGMEC and receipt of paid tuition fees along with Consent/Choice Form for 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round).

The candidate, without original documents and prescribed fees, will not be granted admission under any circumstances.

The candidate has to pay tuition fees of one term (six months) by cash or Demand Draft in favor of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar at bank facility provided by ACPUGMEC, immediately. If candidate has paid tuition fees for admission for BAMS OR BHMS in previous rounds , fees will be adjusted according to it. Excess fees will be refunded at the end of whole admission process.

All the candidates are instructed to pay tuition fees, preferably, by Demand Draft.

The candidates are advised to come with specific arrangement of money to pay tuition fees at the time of counseling. E.g., The maximum fee is Rs. 2,48,500 (2.485 lakh) (for one term – Six months) for the Management Quota seat of BAMS at J. S. Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Nadiad. So, candidate can come with Demand Drafts of Rs. 50000/ 1,00,000/ 2,00,000 based on your choice of college to secure admission in self-financed colleges

For NRI Candidate: The candidate who has been allotted seat in NRI category, he has to pay Rs. 5.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by cash or Demand Draft in favor of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar at bank facility provided by ACPUGMEC, immediately. If candidate has paid Refundable Deposit fees for admission for previous rounds, fees will be adjusted according to it. Then candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollar or equivalent amount in any other foreign currency at admitted institute. ACPUGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 5.00 lakh after the completion of whole admission process. 

The candidate, who will remain absent at the day and time of counseling allotted to them, will have no right for admission.

According to Merit Closure Rule of UG Admission Rules, in 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round), the candidate will not be offered admission on the seats available according to his/her merit in allotment process during Previous rounds.

The detailed schedule of 6th Offline Round (4th Stray Vacancy Offline Round) (with date, time and merit no.) will be displayed on the website (www.medadmgujarat.org).
