KNRUHS Informs About Exercising Web Options For Round 2 For BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS Courses Under Competent Authority Quota

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has informed about exercising web options for the second phase of counseling for admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS courses under competent authority quota in AYUSH colleges affiliated to KNRUHS. The seat matrix has also been released.

All the eligible candidates whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list can exercise web options for admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS courses from 8.00 am on 16.1.2023 to 6.00 pm on 17.1.2023 through the website https://tsbahnu.tsche.in.

Candidates are advised to review the prospectus and the Government Orders on rules available on the KNRUHS website before exercising web options. They have to exercise options to the course and colleges they are interested in joining. If the candidate does not join the course/college after allotment, they will not be allowed to exercise web options in subsequent counseling for that course.

Candidates who have secured admission in the previous phase of counseling, joined the course and continuing in the course, and wish to slide to another college/course, can exercise their options. If a seat is allotted in this counseling phase, the seat assigned and the candidate has joined during the first phase of counseling will be canceled automatically and allocated to other candidates.

One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. Candidates should take a printout of saved options.

Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates are also directed to log in to check their allotment status on the https://tsbahnu.tsche.in website after each phase of counseling without fail.

The selected candidates will download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). They should take the printout of the allotment letter, check their allotment, and report to the Principal of the allotted college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

Selected candidates must report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and bonds, and pay the tuition fee and college fee to complete the admission process. Suppose the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining. In that case, the admission will be canceled automatically, and the candidate will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent phases of counseling and access.

Candidates who have slid from a previously admitted seat to another college should collect the original certificates, bond, and tuition fee from the previously admitted college and report to the Principal of the second phase allotted college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter.

The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations. Original certificates will not be returned to candidates unless the candidate discontinues the course.

Non-eligibility criteria –

1. Candidates admitted into MBBS & BDS courses under AIQ/ KNRUHS, and Dr.NTRUHS are also not eligible to exercise web options.

2. Candidates who have not joined the course after allotment in the first phase or discontinued the course after the first phase of counseling are not eligible to exercise the web options for that course.

University fee -

1. Allotted Candidates must pay the University fee of Rs. 8000 through the payment gateway by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.

2. Candidates who have paid the University fee in the first phase of counseling need not pay again.

Tuition fee -

1. Tuition fee is to be paid at respective colleges.

2. The tuition fee payable as notified by the Government for Government & Private colleges for respective courses.

Seat matrix –

257 seats are available for the second phase of counseling. BHMS has the highest number of seats, followed by BNYS, BUMS, and BAMS.
