KNRUHS Invites Online Application For Management Quota Seats For BHMS Admission

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) invited online applications for admission into Management Quota seats (B/C Category) in affiliated Private Homeopathy Colleges for BHMS courses academic year 2022-23.

Online registration can be done through the website https://tsbhmsmq.tsche.in till 18.12.2022 up to 5.00 pm. The candidates need to pay the registration fee of Rs. 4000 ( Bank Transaction charges extra) shall be paid online through a Debit card / Credit card / Net banking. Registration fees, once paid, will not be refunded or adjusted to a further date.

The procedure of filling out the online application and online payment -

1. Read the Notification, Prospectus,/ Regulations carefully.

2. The registration fee can be paid through a Debit / Credit card or Net Banking.

3. The registration fee paid by the applicants is not refundable under any circumstances.

4. Visit the website through a Computer with an Internet connection to fill out the application form.

5. Registration numbers sent to the registered mobile should be noted for further use after entering the basic data. The Registration number should be kept confidential and not be disclosed to others.

1. Latest Passport Size Photo

2. Admit card of NEET UG - 2022

3. Scorecard of NEET UG - 2022

4. SSC or equivalent examination certificate containing the Date of Birth

5. Memorandum of qualifying examination marks, i.e., Intermediate or Equivalent examination.

6. Transfer certificate (T.C)

7. Latest Permanent Caste certificate issued by the competent authority of the Government of Telangana. Latest Category certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates issued by Competent authority if applicable ( for NEET Cutoff score under category)

8. Aadhar Card

9. Specimen signature of the candidate

Do's and Don'ts –

1. Do not use mobiles, tabs & Ipads. Use Desktops Computers or Laptops with Internet Explorer.

2. Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action.

3. Avoid using slow internet facilities.

4. Keep your mobile while applying, and do not block SMS.

Eligibility –

1. Candidates seeking admission to B.H.M.S Course should have passed 2 years of Intermediate Examination (10 + 2 pattern) with Botany, Zoology, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects, which shall include a practical test in each subject or equivalent examination.

2. OC Candidates should obtain 50% aggregate Marks in science Subjects OC-PWD Candidates should obtain 45% or more in science subjects.

3. BC/ST/SC Candidates should obtain more than 40% in science subjects.

4. The Candidate should have completed 17 years of age on 31-12-2022. The candidates who have not completed 17 years as of 31- 12-2022 need not apply. The candidates born on or after 02-01-2006 are not eligible for admission into BHMS Course.

The provisional merit list will be displayed on the KNRUHS website. The schedule for verification of original certificates and online counseling will be notified on the KNRUHS website. Candidates are informed to check the website periodically for further notifications. No individual communication will be sent.

Instructions for candidates -

1. This notification is for online registration for determining the Merit position in respective categories using NEET-UG-2022 rank only for eligible candidates.

2. Incomplete online application forms and applications without uploaded requisite certificates will be automatically rejected. They will not be considered for determining the merit position in respective categories using the NEET-UG- 2022 rank.

3. The mere fact that the merit position was issued to the candidate does not imply that the University accepts the candidature, and it does not mean that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct.

4. Candidates may please note that the University will verify original certificates with regard to eligibility conditions, i.e., NEET UG- 2022 Rank, educational qualifications, etc., by the concerned department officials only once, irrespective of the number of counselings. The schedule for online counseling will be notified separately on the University website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in/. Candidates are advised to check the university website for notifications, counseling schedules, seat matrix, and other details from time to time.

5. If the information furnished by the candidates in the application is incorrect, their candidature is liable to be canceled, and further action deemed fit will be taken.

6. Online registration for application will be done only once, irrespective of the number of counselings. Therefore, the candidates should register and check the university website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in/ for the schedule of online counseling.

7. Candidate's eligibility for admission into the BHMS course for the academic year 2022- 23 will be examined by the University only after verification of original certificates. An in-eligible candidate obtaining a merit position does not make the candidate eligible for admission.

8. Candidate shall attend counseling accompanied by a parent. As per the merit list, eligible candidates shall be permitted into the online counseling hall with all original certificates and DD towards the University fee.

9. Admissions will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Telangana, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, CCH, relevant Hon'ble Supreme court, and High Court orders. University regulations with regard to Admission into AYUSH Courses shall apply.

10. After allotment candidate should obtain the allotment order, submit the printout of the filled-in online application form and original certificates along with (1) a set of self-attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college for final verification by the Admissions Committee of the allotted college and pay the tuition/college fee at the time of joining. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order for admission will be canceled.

Counseling process –

1. The seats shall be filled through online counseling by the Committee for Admissions as per merit from the candidates who have qualified in NEET UG – 2022 exam and applied in response to a notification by KNR UHS for Management quota seats ( B&C Categories).

2. The Date, Time, and Venue of Online Counselling will be notified by the Committee for Admissions on the KNR UHS website.

3. The candidate and the parent shall be present when called in the order of rank/merit.

4. If a candidate fails to be present, he will be declared absent, and the next candidate on merit will be considered.

5. The candidates shall attend the counseling with one of the parents in person. Proxies will not be permitted.

6. The candidates shall attend with all original certificates and DD towards University Fee. A Custodian certificate will not be permitted.

7. Candidates who fail to produce or submit original certificates or DD for university fees will not be considered for counseling. Such Candidates will be declared absent, and the next candidate in the merit will be considered.

8. If a candidate, after admission to a College, can withdraw from the Course before the last date of free exit for Management Quota AYUSH admissions to be notified by the University on its website without any penalty.

9. Vacant seats after the first round of counseling will be filled up in a subsequent round of counseling. The Date, Time, and Venue of Counseling will be notified by the Committee for Admissions on the KNRUHS website.

10. Candidates are hereby informed that they must join the Course by submitting all Original Certificates and bonds to the Principal and paying the required tuition/college fee at the time of admission.

Documents to be brought in the counseling process –

1. Original NEET – UG 2022 Admit card issued by the CBSE

2. Original NEET – UG 2022 Score card issued by the CBSE

3. SSC certificate or Equivalent Examination certificate showing the Date of Birth of the Candidate

4. Intermediate or its equivalent examination certificate with 10+2 pattern

5. Permanent Caste Certificate, if applicable. ( For cutoff score eligibility)

Penal action –

1. The candidate will not be permitted to discontinue from the Course or cancel the admission after the last date of free exit or after selection in the final phase of counseling. All the selected candidates shall submit an undertaking that they will pay the tuition fee for the entire Course and a discontinuation fee of Rs. 1-Lakhs to University.

2. If the candidates withdraw from the Course after the last date of free exit or later of Management Quota Seats in a College, they will forfeit the tuition fee paid for that academic year and has to pay the tuition fee for the rest of the Course, along with discontinuation fee of Rs. 1-Lakh to University.

3. The original certificates submitted by the candidate who discontinues from the Course or cancels the admission before the last date of free exit for Management Quota admissions, as notified by KNRUHS on its website, will be returned without any penalty.
