KNRUHS Issues notice on Web Options For MD Homeopathy admissions Under Management Quota
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has issued notification for exercising one-time web options for admission into MD Homeopathy courses for 2023-24 under management quota.
All the eligible candidates can exercise one-time web options for MQ1 and MQ2 categories as per eligibility and priority for college /course up to 6.00 P.M. on 23-11-2023 through the website mentioned in the notice below.
Candidates who have registered online and whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list for Management Quota on the KNRUHS website are eligible to exercise one-time web options online.
The Management of the colleges shall send the nomination letter for admission into Management Quota sub-category 3 quota (MQ3) seats from eligible AIAPGET qualified candidates from the Management Quota merit list notified on the website by the University.
The web options exercised by candidates with regard to the order of preference for courses/ colleges are final, and the same options will be considered for all phases of allotments. Candidates have to exercise web options for the MQ1 category and for MQ2 (NRI) in order of priority for the college and MQ1 or MQ2 category. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate.
If a candidate is allotted a seat in the MD Homeopathy course as per their one-time web options and does not join the course, their one-time web options will not be considered for subsequent phases of allotment.
One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of exercising web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options.
Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of the seat if allotted. Candidates are directed to log in to check their allotment status on the website mentioned in the notice below without fail. Candidates are also informed to check the KNRUHS website from time to time for subsequent phases of allotments.
Allotted candidates shall report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date mentioned in the allotment letter. Candidates shall submit the printout of the filled-in online application form, allotment order, Bonds, DD towards University fee, and original certificates along with (1) set of self-attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college. Candidate has to pay the college fee and tuition fee at the time of joining to complete the process of admission. If the candidate fails to get admitted after allotment in the 1st phase of counseling, the candidate will not be eligible for subsequent phases of allotments.
If an admitted candidate (of 1st phase) is allotted a seat in the 2nd phase of allotment as per his/her priority of options, the seat allotted in the 1st phase is automatically canceled and allotted to the next meritorious candidate.
If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be canceled automatically, and the candidate one time web options will not be considered for subsequent phases of allotment.
The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. The Admission Committee of the college is responsible for scrutiny of the original certificates submitted by the candidate. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled and action may be initiated as per University regulations. Original certificates will not be returned to the candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course.
Admissions into Management Quota of MD Homeopathy courses are conducted in accordance with Government Orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.72, HM&FW (E2) Department dated 29-06-2022, University Regulations and Regulations of National Commission for Homoeopathy.
Candidates selected under Management Quota in the counseling conducted by KNRUHS for PG Homeopathy courses at Private Homoeopathic Colleges are permitted to leave /surrender the seat till the last date of free exit to be notified by KNRUHS on the website without penalty. If the candidate cancels the admission/ discontinues the course after the last date for the free exit, the candidate has to pay a penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- in addition as per State Government order, and they will not be eligible for MD Homeopathy admissions, under KNRUHS for 3 years.
Undertaking in the form of an affidavit shall be submitted at the time of admission by the candidates stating that the submitted certificates are genuine and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per law if any discrepancy is noticed.
University fee –
Allotted Candidates have to pay the University fee by way of Demand Draft in favor of Registrar, KNRUHS, payable at Warangal at the time of admission at the allotted college as follows –
1. MQ 1 Management Quota sub-category 1: Rs.25,000/-
2. MQ2 (NRI) & MQ3 (Institutional Quota): Rs.40,000/-
The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Tuition Fee is to be paid as notified by the Government of Telangana.
