Maha CET Cell Extends Date Of Joining For CAP Round 1 AIQ For PG Ayurveda Courses Till 4th February
Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell has extended the last date of joining for 1st CAP (AIQ) PG Ayurveda courses for the academic year 2022-23.
As per the notice, the candidates can now join till 4.2.2023 up to 5.30 pm. Because of various applications from candidates regarding extending the last date of joining the 1st CAP round, the Competent Authority has decided to extend the last date of Joining PG Ayurveda (AIQ). Previously the later date of joining was 1.2.2023, up to 5.30 pm.
The candidates note that no further extension for joining will be given, and all concerned candidates and institutes should follow the schedule strictly.
The 1st CAP (AIQ) counseling process started on 23.1.2023 with choice filling and locking. Candidates already registered for State Counseling who were desirous of admission in All India Quota (AIQ) (15%) in Private Unaided Seats of Government Aided Ayurved Colleges and Private Unaided/Minority Ayurved/Homoeopathy/Unani Institutions for MD/MS Courses for Academic Year 2022-23 were asked to register again for All India Quota Seats.
State/UT Counselling Authority to conduct 2 rounds for All India Quota Private Seats, and vacant seats shall be converted into the State/UT Quota as per the instruction from the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi.
Eligibility criteria –
- The candidate must have passed the final year UG examination from a recognized University, or Board, or medical institution specified in the Schedules to the Act and enrolled in the Central or State register of the Indian System of Medicine, and must have completed a one-year compulsory rotating Internship satisfactorily as on or before 31.12.2022.
- The candidates must score 50th percentile in AIAPGET – 2022 for the general category, 40th percentile for scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and other backward classes, 45th percentile for PwD general category, and 40th percentile for PwD scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and other backward classes.
The Government of Maharashtra has established a State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL) under Admission Regulating Authority (ARA) as per the provision in Section 10 of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015.
Recently Medical Dialogues team reported that Maha CET Cell had extended the last of joining for the mop-up round for BSc Nursing admission. The candidates can join until 31st January 2023, up to 5:30 pm. Because of various applications from candidates regarding extending the last date of joining for the mop-up round, the competent Authority has decided to extend the previous date.
