Before proceeding to register online, the candidates are advised to carefully read the application details and keep ready the scanned images of photograph, signature, and other relevant certificates. Furthermore, as per the notice, the candidates should ensure that they are entering the All India Counseling rank against the NEET rank while filling up the applications.

The selection process of the candidates who want to take admission in the colleges will base on the following criteria -

1. All the eligibility criteria should match those set by the exam committee.

2. Correct information must be filled in during the online application, and proper documents must be submitted.

3. Once the form is submitted, the merit list will be prepared as per the marks of the candidates in NEET.

NEET-UG counseling is conducted by the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC). It is a common admission portal for all the colleges of Puducherry and is established by the Government of Puducherry. Under this, the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination and appeared in such a qualifying examination are eligible for admission. There are various courses under its umbrella.
