KNRUHS Informs on web-Options For Round 2 PG Dental Admission, 40 Seats available
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) informed about exercising web options for second phase counselling of MDS admissions 2022-23 under management quota into private dental colleges affiliated to KNRUHS. The list of not joined candidates after the round under management quota and seat matrix for management quota has also been released.
All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the provisional final merit list on the KNRUHS website can exercise web options from 6.00 am on 10-11- 2022 to 6.00 pm on 10-11-2022 as per the candidate's registration and eligibility for MQ-1 & MQ-2 (NRI) categories. Candidates will have to exercise web options for MDS seats as per their priority of course and colleges through https://pvttsmds.tsche.in, and allotments will be done accordingly.
Candidates are informed that they will be considered only for the category/categories they have registered and are eligible for. The Candidates who were allotted seats in the first phase of counselling and have not reported/discontinued the course after joining at the respective college are not eligible for exercising options.
Non-eligibility -
1. Candidates who have not exercised web options in the first phase of counselling are also not eligible to exercise web options.
2. Candidates admitted after the second phase of the counselling in All India Counselling and under the Competent Authority Quota are not eligible to exercise web options per Hon'ble Supreme Court orders.
University fee -
Allotted candidates must pay the University fee through the payment gateway online and download the allotment letter as follows. Candidates who have already paid the university fee in the 1st phase need not pay again.
The following fee has to be paid -
1. MQ1 - Rs.49600
2. MQ2/MQ3 – Rs.69600
Tuition fee -
Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Dental colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government of Telangana in GO Ms No.20. HM&FW Dept, Dated:14 -04- 2020 (notified on the website) and as per relevant Hon'ble High Court orders.
Instructions –
1. There is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options; candidates can exercise options for any subjects and colleges they candidate is interested in joining as per eligibility and registration.
2. Candidates are advised to exercise web options for MDS seats in all courses, colleges and categories in which they are interested in joining, irrespective of available seats shown in the seat matrix, as vacancies will arise during the counselling process due to sliding of candidates from allotted seats in the first phase of counselling to other seats as per their web options in the second phase of counselling.
3. If a seat is allotted in this phase of counselling as per web options exercised by the candidate in this phase of counselling, the seat allotted in 1st phase of counselling will be automatically cancelled and allotted to the other candidate. Therefore candidates are informed to exercise web options carefully for sliding with awareness of this fact.
4. Candidates have to exercise options for MQ1 and, if eligible for MQ2 (NRI), in order of priority for the course and college. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate. Candidates have to exercise options very carefully as per their priority.
5. Management Quota seats in Army Dental College are reserved for the wards of Army personnel as per AWES Regulations.
6. Candidates are informed that if they are allotted a seat as per their web options in this phase of counselling and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, then they will not be eligible for exercising web- options/admissions for subsequent phases of counselling to prevent seat blocking.
7. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile when saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details, read instructions to the candidates before giving options.
8. Candidates should take the printout of saved options.
9. Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates can also check their allotment status by logging into the website through https://pvttsmds.tsche.in.
10. The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using the Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment details and report to the Principal of the allotted college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.
11. Final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.
12. Selected candidates must report at the respective colleges before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and the relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and the candidate will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent phases to prevent seat blocking
13. Candidates allotted seats under the NRI (MQ2) Quota should produce the relevant sponsorship letter from an NRI relative in Original, along with a copy of the passport/ Residence Proof/Bank Statement or passbook of the sponsor for the NRI Category at respective colleges.
14. If the candidate slides to another college during the second phase of counselling, the original certificates will be sent to the college concerned after the closure of admissions. Candidates have to get relieved from the first phase, join the college, obtain a custodian certificate, collect fees and report to the allotted college before the last date of joining.
15. Admitted candidates are not permitted to withdraw from the course after the second phase of counselling. Candidates are also informed that admitted candidates who have joined upto round 2 of All India quota and State Quota shall not be eligible for further rounds of All India Quota and State Quota.
16. Admitted candidates will have to pay a discontinuation penalty of Rs.50 lakhs as per Government Orders if they discontinue the course after the second phase of counselling to get their original certificates back. Candidates also will be debarred for 3 years for PG Medical admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.
