MP DME Releases NEET MDS 2025 Round 1 Counselling Schedule, Register NOW
Madhya Pradesh- The Madhya Pradesh Director of Medical Education (MPDME) has released the MP state National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 1st round Counselling tentative schedule for admission into the MDS Courses for the academic year 2025.
As per the schedule, the MP state NEET MDS 1st round 2025 Counselling will commence from today and will end on 13th July 2025. On this, the registration by the eligible candidates of the NEET MDS 2025 will start from today, i.e. 28th June 2025. Following this, the vacancies will be published on 30th June 2025 and objections against the vacancies will be invited from 01st July 2025.
After this, the disposal of the objection will be doneon 02nd July 2025, followed by the publication of the final vacancies on the same day. Meanwhile, the merit list of the registered candidates will be published by 04th July 2025. Below is the complete schedule-

USER MANUAL FOR PROFILE CREATION AND REGISTRATION PROCESS OF MP STATE NEET MDS COUNSELLING (MDS COURSE) (2025)
STEP 1- Please click on Create Profile.
STEP 2- To create a profile, candidates will need their NEET roll number, application number, and first (primary)mobile number registered for NEET MDS 2025 exam. An OTP will be sent only to the primary registered mobile number. Once the OTP is entered, the candidate will be able to create a personal profile.
STEP 3- Candidate’s details fetched from NEET MDS result data will be displayed on the screen. Please enter your Contact details and Bank Account details and click on “Proceed”.
STEP 4- Enter OTP received on your mobile number/email ID and create a new password. Then click on the “Validate and Save” button.
STEP 5- After clicking on the “Validate & Save” button, your profile for registration will be created and a message.
STEP 6- Candidate's Status Tracker will show Candidate Profile turned Green and your profile has been created. Now, click on “Registration Form”.
STEP 7- The registration form will be opened. Please fill in your required details (As per your eligibility) like: - NRI Details, MBBS/BDS Completion Details, NMC/DCI registration Details, Domicile Details, Category Details, Person with Disability Details if applicable, in the registration form.
STEP 8- Please upload all documents. After that, click on the Save Enclosures button.
STEP 9- After clicking on the “Save Enclosures” button, the information submitted by the candidate will be displayed on the screen. If the information is correct, click on the “Proceed to Payment for Registration” button; otherwise, go for the “Back to Registration Form” button to correct the details.
STEP 10- Kindly choose the online payment gateway and pay the registration fee.
STEP 11- After successful payment, the registration receipt will be generated. You may take a printout of the same for future reference.
ADVISORY FOR CANDIDATES
1 The online counseling process for admission to all State Quota seats (MDS) available in government and private dental colleges of the state, which also includes NRI seats and seats for in-service candidates available in private dental colleges, will be done through Madhya Pradesh State Level Joint Counseling NEET MDS 2025 and under the Madhya Pradesh Medical Education Admission Rules 2018 and amendments issued from time to time.
2 All the eligible candidates of NEET MDS 2025 who wish to participate in the above counselling are advised not to share their login ID and password and other related information with any other person after registration, so that it is not misused.
3 Registration and online counselling process will be conducted on the designated portal of MP Online, dme.mponline.gov.in.
4 During the counselling process, all OTP and email messages will be received by the candidate on the primary mobile number (First Registered Mobile Number) and email ID registered in the NEET MDS exam database.
5 Before profile creation and registration, read and understand the Profile and Registration User Manual displayed on the Directorate's website and portal. In case of any doubt, send your problem to the Directorate of Medical Education's email and get it resolved. As per the rules, after the prescribed period for registration, the candidate will not be able to make any changes to the registration details.
6 Account Number, IFSC Code and Bank Name as entered at the time of profile creation (Bank Name), Branch Name and Account Holder Name, Mobile Number etc. should be the same with which the candidate wants the refund after counselling. (If applicable).
7 A candidate will be considered registered only when he has deposited the online fee of Rs 1100 for registration. The registration fee is non-refundable. It is mandatory for the candidate to have a registration slip generated from the MP Online portal, which will be received only after the fee is deposited.
8 The registration process will be done before the first phase of counselling and re-registration will be opened before the mop-up phase, in which only those eligible candidates who could not register for any reason will be able to register for the mop-up phase. Candidates already registered do not have to register again. Except the candidates admitted in the first phase, such candidates who, due to any reason, wish to make changes in their registration done before the first phase of counselling, will be given a final opportunity to make necessary changes in their registration within the prescribed time limit before the second phase of counselling. No further opportunity will be given to the candidates after the expiry of the prescribed time limit.
9 The registration process will be done as per the announced timetable. The facility of editing will be available till the last date of registration. The time allotted for registration will not be extended for any reason, such as network failure, computer failure, technical error, power outage, etc. Therefore, candidates are advised to complete the registration process within the time limit and not wait till the last date of registration.
10 In all the stages of counselling, under the counselling programme, candidates will have to register their options (choice filling) on the portal within the specified time limit and it will be mandatory to lock the choice. Candidates will be able to edit their choices till the stipulated time of choice filling/locking. It will be mandatory to lock the edited choice otherwise, the choice filling locked before editing will be considered valid for allotment. Before locking the choice, the candidate will have to deposit the portal fee of Rs 100 online.
11 The process of all the stages of counselling is to be done online, hence the advance amount to be deposited by the candidate at the time of registration, before filling new choice in the second stage and mop up stage counselling and the prescribed fee of the institute at the time of admission has to be paid through online mode. The candidate can pay the fee through the online mode. The candidate can pay the prescribed fee from one account or from more than one account through net banking, credit card, debit card and online RTGS/NEFT. The candidate can use more than one net banking account, debit card or credit card for payment of the fee. Keeping the above in mind, candidates are advised to keep a sufficient amount in their accounts as per the prescribed fee of the institution to avoid the hassle of fee payment. Candidates should ensure that the internet banking facility is available in their bank account, hence increase the limit of transaction amount as per the requirement. After the mop-up phase, at the time of admission at the institution level in the stray vacancy phase, the prescribed fee of the institution can be paid by the candidate in the account of the admitted institution through any medium other than cash.
12 In the first stage of counselling, only the candidates who are local residents of Madhya Pradesh or the candidates who have passed the BDS course from any DCI-recognised dental college of Madhya Pradesh will be eligible for choice filling and choice locking.
13 After the first phase, in the counselling of subsequent phases, candidates from outside the state will also be able to do choice filling for allotment, but these candidates will be allotted only if there are no candidates available in the merit list of domicile candidates of the state.
14 Unreserved category candidates who are eligible for the EWS category will have to give the option of category as EWS while registering before counselling. The candidate must have an EWS certificate issued by the authorised officer of Madhya Pradesh, which will have to be uploaded at the time of online registration.
15 Before entering their options, candidates are advised to note down the list of their choice of colleges/subjects in advance so that they do not face any confusion during choice filling on the portal.
16 Candidates are expected to select colleges/subjects for allotment after careful consideration and keeping in mind the fees displayed on the portal and directorate of various dental colleges and given less time to choose colleges/subjects. Therefore, candidates should not fill such choices at the time of choice filling on which they are unable to take admission in case of allotment.
17 After the allotment result is declared, the candidate can download the allotment letter from his/her login ID and take its print out.
18 Online admission slip will be issued to the candidate only when he selects one of the options Yes or No for the second phase of upgradation at the time of admission at college level. Facility to edit this option will be available on the candidate's login. This edit facility will be available only till the time period fixed for upgradation in the time table.
19 If a candidate admitted in the first phase wants the option of upgradation in the mop up phase, then it will be mandatory for him/her to do choice filling in the second phase by giving the option of upgrade after the first phase for the second phase also.
20 The allotted candidate should personally appear at the allotted institute for verification of records with the original documents mentioned in Proforma-1 at the time of admission. The allotted candidate should personally appear at the allotted institute for admission within the declared time limit (counselling time table) and first report at the desk of the Government Nodal Officer and register his/her presence online. Thereafter, get his/her original documents verified by the appointed Admission Committee of the allotted institute. The list of original documents is mentioned in Schedule-3 attached with Proforma-1/Madhya Pradesh Medical Education Admission Rules 2018. Only those candidates who are found eligible after verification will be able to get admission on the allotted seat. The candidate will have to submit all his/her original documents to the Admission Committee. The institution will have to obtain a certificate of submission of original documents from the head of the institute. Make sure to obtain a certificate signed by the Dean / Principal of the university.
21 During counseling, such candidates who will give option for upgradation for second phase/mop up phase, will not have to submit Gramin Seva Bond and Seat Living Bond at the time of admission in first phase/second phase. But they will have to edit a notarized affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500/- in the name of the head of the institution to the effect that in case of not getting upgraded, Gramin Seva Bond and Seat Living Bond will be submitted as per the format.
