DMER Maharashtra Invites Online Applications For Govt Bond Service To Super-Speciality Degree Holders, details
Maharashtra: Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER Maharashtra) has invited online applications for allotment of Government Bond Services to Super-Specialty (SS) degree holders (Winter-2022 Batch). The vacancies and eligible candidates list have also been released.
The candidates can fill in the application form and preferences by e-mailing email pgbonddmer@gmail.com till 20.2.2023, up to 4:00 pm. The declaration of allotment of bond service to the candidate and issue of recommendation letter through email will be made on 21.2.2023 at 5:00 pm.
Candidates note that the qualification required for Specialty Medical Officer is Super Specialty (DM/MCH) in a specific subject.
The following posts are vacant -
1. Assistant Professor in Government Medical College
2. Speciality Medical officers in Mumbai Municipal Corporation Medical Colleges/Hospitals
Candidates will be allotted seats per subject merit for posts of Assistant Professor or Specialty Medical Officer based on marks obtained in the Super Specialty degree examination. All posts will be allotted on a merit basis as Open Category.
Suppose any candidate does not submit the filled application form, thereby refusing to get the allotment of bond service. In that case, the said candidate will be deemed uninterested in complying with bond service. Hence, the process of recovery of the bond penalty amount will be initiated for the candidate. Candidates should take the printout of the recommendation letter and report to the concerned allotted institute with the requisite documents within seven days from the date of issue of the recommendation letter.
The candidate must submit an attested photocopy of requisite documents at the respective institute where they will be allotted post as per the list given below –
1. SSC Passing Certificate / valid passport (as proof of age)
2. Super Specialty mark sheet (s)
3. Degree Mark sheet / Grade Certificate
4. Attempt certificate of all MBBS, MD/MS examinations from the head of the institution.
5. MBBS degree, passing certificate, MBBS Mark sheet
6. MD/M.S. Degree Passing Certificate, MD/MS Mark sheet
7. Permanent Registration certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council or MCI
8. Recommendation letter of allotment of bond service will be mailed to the candidates on their registered email id
Rule of TIE- BREAKER –
Selection of candidate for the vacant post shall be as per the procedure of preparation of merit list as given below –
1. First Level:-The Candidate having the Highest Mark in DM/MCH examination (Superspeciality) will be preferred; if the tie persists, then –
2. Second Level: - The Candidate having the Highest aggregate Mark in the final MD / MS will be preferred; if the tie persists, then –
3. Third Level: - The Candidate having the Highest Mark in the Final MBBS will be preferred; if the tie persists, then –
4. Fourth Level: - The older candidate will be preferred
