JIPMER Announces Schedule For III Year PG Orientation Program For MD, MS, DM, MCh Courses
Puducherry: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) has announced the schedule for III Year Postgraduate Orientation Program on Research Methodology for MD/MS & DM/MCh students.
The PG Orientation Program on Research Methodology for the final year MD/MS & DM/MCh students is scheduled to be held in JAC Mini Auditorium on 21st June 2023, 28th June 2023 & 5th July 2023 between 08.30 am to 4.30 pm. There will be a one-hour break during the program conduction.
JIPMER has requested all the heads of the departments running MD/MS & DM/MCh Programs to send the name list of final year MD/MS & DM/MCh students (December 2023 exam going batch) with their e-mail IDs and mobile number in the attached format on or before 17th June 2023 to nttc.jipmer@gmail.com as a word file.
The list needs to be attached in the following format –

The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research is a medical school located in Pondicherry. It is an institute of national importance (INI) and a tertiary care referral hospital. It is under the direct administrative control of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Indian Government, with autonomy to run its internal administration. The courses include undergraduate, postgraduate, super specialty, fellowships, PhD programs, post-basic diplomas, and certified courses.
JIPMER originated in 1823 as the Ecole de Medicine de Pondicherry, established by the French Government. It was renamed Dhanvantari Medical College in 1956 at the time of the de facto transfer of Pondicherry to the Government of India. It was established on its current campus in 1964 and is spread over 1922 acres.
