KNRUHS MBBS, BDS admissions 2021 under Management quota, Check out eligibility criteria, fee, all application details here

Telangana : Application forms are invited by Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, KNRUHS online from Indian Citizens, NRI's and Others (PIO, OCI) for admission into MBBS/BDS Courses under Management quota seats i.e. B- Category, C- Category (NRI) into Private Un-aided Non-Minority/Minority Medical Colleges and Private Un-aided Dental Colleges, Army Dental College affiliated to the varsity for the academic year 2021-22.

NEET-UG-2021 qualified candidates who have fulfilled the following conditions can apply.

The varsity issued a Notification for online registration to determine Merit position for counseling for admission into Management Quota seats only. Provisional Final Merit list will be notified after scrutiny of all uploaded certificates. 

Cut-off marks for MBBS/BDS courses in NEET UG 2021 Exam

Candidates can register online and upload certificates on website https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in from 8.00 AM 06. 02.2022 to 05.00 PM on 13.02.2022 . Provisional / Final Merit position of the applied candidates will be prepared based on NEET UG 2021 Score and other eligibility criteria notified here under after verification of uploaded certificates

ELIGIBILITY:

a) The candidates should have qualified in NEET UG – 2021 by securing cutoff marks and above, have to apply for determining the State Merit position for Management Quota seats subject to the conditions specified in admission Regulations/Prospectus. (Refer Regulations/Prospectus for detailed clarifications).

b) Candidates from all over the country are eligible for admission into Management quota seats Category -B and C (NRI) for UG Medical and Dental Courses as per National Medical Commission / Dental Council of India / KNR University of Health Sciences Regulations.

c) Foreign Students / NRI candidates/ OCI card holders are eligible for admission into MBBS and BDS Courses under Management Quota Category – C Seats. Candidates should specifically put the option for NRI Category in the on-line application to be considered for NRI / C-Category.

d) *Candidates who have already applied for Convener Quota Seats in response to this University earlier notification are also eligible to apply for the management quota seats, but they have to apply afresh.

e) The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English

i. OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in science subjects.

ii. BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks in science subjects. (for eligibility criteria only). There are no reservations in Management Quota.

f) The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2021. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2021 are not eligible to apply. The candidates born on or after 02-01-2005 are not eligible for admission into MBBS/BDS Courses.

g) The NEET UG 2021 qualified and eligible candidates as per the concerned regulations who desire to take admission into UG Medical and Dental Courses shall apply online and upload all original certificates for determining the Merit position for Telangana State Management Quota using NEET UG- 2021 Ranks in the Website https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in from 8.00 AM on 06 .02.2022 to 13 .02.2022 upto 05.00 PM only. The online application can be filled through any computer with internet connection or mobile with data connection. (NOTE: preferably desktop or laptop)

II) Registration Fee for MBBS/BDS courses :- The Registration, and Processing fee of Rs.6300/- (Bank transaction charges extra) shall be paid online through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.**

** Registration fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a further date.

** NEET-UG-2021 qualified candidates are advised to check their eligibility to apply for determining the Merit position in respective categories by reading Prospectus / Regulations carefully.

III) For other details read the Prospectus carefully. The Prospectus of the courses, instructions for filling of Online Application and uploading of scanned original certificates is available on the University Website:http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in/

IV) The candidates are advised to download and read the (1) Management quota Prospectus of the course (2) Instructions for filling Online Application available in the website before filling the online Application

V) Procedure of filling online application, scanning/uploading of original certificates and online payment for registration

1) The registration and processing fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking

2) The registration and processing fee paid by the applicants is not refundable under any circumstances.

3) Read the Notification, Prospectus / Regulations carefully.

4) The following documents are required for Uploading:

(a) Latest passport size photo.

(b) NEET – UG 2021 Score Card.

(c) SSC or Equivalent Examination Certificate with Date of Birth

(d) Aadhar Card

(e) Memorandum of Marks of qualifying exam i.e. Intermediate or equivalent (10+2)

(f) Latest Category certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates issued by Competent Authority if applicable (for NEET Cut-off score under category).

(g) Muslim Minority Certificate issued by Competent Authority of Government if applicable.

(h) Equivalency Certificate from Board of intermediate education government

of Telangana (If Passed qualifying exam other than AP/TS/CBSC/ICSE ).

(i) Candidates claiming NRI quota should submit the following documents from a Blood relative such as Father/Mother/Brother/Sister/Uncle/Aunt only and should submit a declaration to that effect.

1. NRI Sponsorship certificate (DECLARTION Form)

2. NRI status certificate of the financial supporter issued by embassy of respective country under their seal.

3. Copy of NRI Bank account pass book of the financial supporter.

4. Copy of Pass port of NRI financial supporter.

5. Visit website through Computer with Internet connection or Mobile with Data Connection to fill the application form

6. Fill all the details in the Online application form and upload all the documents which are mandatory

VI) The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled-in Online application form and original certificates along with One (1) set of self attested copies to the Principal of allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order will be cancelled.

VII) MANAGEMENT QUOTA SEATS:

A) The MBBS/BDS seats available under Management Quota in all affiliated colleges will be displayed on KNRUHS website before Counseling.

B) BDS seats in Army Dental College are reserved for wards of Army Personnel Only.

Note:

i) Candidates are hereby informed that if they have secured admission in Medical colleges of other states, joined the course and if they are involved in seat blocking under management quota in KNRUHS , the University will initiate legal action and also inform the same to National Medical Commission for further course of action.

ii) On-online application form without uploading mandatory Certificates, Passport size photo, without signature at declaration area or incomplete applications will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for determining the Merit position in respective categories using NEET-UG-2021 Rank

iii) The mere fact that the Merit position issued to the candidate does not imply that the candidature is accepted by the University and it does not mean that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct

iv) Candidates may please note that the University will take up the verification of certificates with regard to eligibility conditions i.e., educational qualifications, category status as per uploaded relevant certificates by the concerned department officials. If the information furnished by the candidate in the application is incorrect, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and further action that deems fit will be taken.

v) Candidates eligibility for admission into UG courses for the academic year 2021-2022 will be examined by the University only after scrutiny of application along with all uploaded certificates and final merit list will be notified.

vi) Registration along with uploading of Scanned Original certificates will be permitted only once irrespective of the number of times of exercising web options / Number of counseling. No separate notification will be given for verification of original certificates. Therefore the candidates should register and upload all the mandatory Certificates without fail.

vii) Candidates are advised to refer to KNRUHS website for further details regarding schedule for exercising options and counseling.

viii)Admissions will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by State Government with regard to process of Admissions to Under Graduate Medical Courses for Management quota and relevant Hon'ble Court orders.

ix) The procedure for preparation of seat matrix and selection into MBBS/BDS courses in the Management Quota and seat allocation will be done as the procedure given in G.O.Ms.No. 115 & 116 HM&FW(C1) Dept. Dated: 05-07-2017, G.O.Ms.No.117 & 118 HM&FW(C1)Dept. Dated: 20-07-2017, subsequent amendments, other Government orders and University regulations.

x) The notification is for determining the State Merit position using NEET- UG - 2021 Rank only. The schedule for counselling for admission to MBBS/BDS courses and procedure will be notified separately on University website. Candidates are advised to check the University web-site for notifications, schedules and other details from time to time.

xi) An in-eligible candidate obtaining Merit position does not make the candidate eligible for admission.

xii) Seats in Un-aided Minority Medical Colleges are reserved for Muslim Minority Candidates only. In case Muslim Minority Candidates are not available the seats may be filled up with Non-Minority students up to maximum of 30% during final Phase of counseling.

xiii)Further Notifications issued by the University will be displayed on the University Website. No Individual intimations will be sent.
