MCC notifies on addition of 200 MBBS seats in Round 3 NEET Counselling, Details
New Delhi : The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of DGHS has informed about the addition of 200 MBBS seats to the Round 3 of NEET Counselling for MBBS admissions this year.
In its notice, the MCC stated that it received information from NMC for approval/ increase of seats in following UG institutes. Therefore, the competent authority has decided to include the following seats in the seat matrix for Round-3 of UG Counselling 2023 in larger interest of candidates.
Candidates can now exercise choice filling for the newly added seats in Round-3 of UG Counselling 2023 as per the list attached below :

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an organization under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and responsible for allotting seats for undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-specialty medical and dental courses in government-run/aided colleges and deemed-to-be-university colleges. It allots seats online on the basis of the candidate's score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Factors considered during allotment are merit, reservation eligibility, and the preference list submitted by the candidate.
