21 CPS Diploma Seats Still Vacant In Gujarat, DME Invites Applications
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has invited applications for admission in CPS Diploma Courses for the remaining vacant seats after the CPS admission process in Government District hospitals and Self-Financed and Private Hospitals for the academic year 2023-24. The vacant seat details have also been released.
Detailed schedule –
1. Online Pin purchase for online registration (DME Website) - 04/01/2024 (12:00 PM)
2. Online Registration & Document Upload - 04/01/2024 (04:00 PM)
After online registration & document upload, no need to do document verification and submission of photocopies of documents at the help centre. Merit numbers will be given only on the basis of online registration.
For online registration, the PIN can be purchased online on payment of Rs. 3000/- (Non-refundable).
Candidates, who are qualified in NEET-PG-2023 as per Ministry of Health/NBE, New Delhi and are eligible, passed from any University in India/abroad can apply online with requisite documents. Candidates who are admitted into MD/MS/DIPLOMA/CPS 2023-24 courses are not eligible for a vacant seat round for CPS admission.
Vacant seats after exhaustion of merit –
A total of 21 seats are vacant after exhaustion of merit.

Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics (DGO) | 2 |
Diploma in Pathology and Bacteriology (DPB) | 10 |
Diploma in Anesthesiology (DA) | 4 |
Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine and Surgery (DOMS) | 3 |
Diploma in Tuberculosis Diseases | 2 |
Any vacant seat after completion of the whole process of CPS admission will also be considered in the vacant seat round.
Recently the round 2 reporting schedule was released by DME. The online payment or payment of fees at a designated branch of Axis Bank can be done till 3rd January 2024 (12 noon). Offline payment of fees at a designated branch of Axis Bank can be done during banking hours on working days only. The reporting at the help centre can be done till 3rd January 2024 (4:00 pm). Help centre working hours: 10.00 am to 4.00 pm (on working days only).
