Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the vacant seat position for 2nd round of online seat allocation for admission to PG courses of INIs for the INI-CET July 2023 session. The courses included are MD/MS/DM (6 years)/MCh (6 years)/MDS.

INI-CET is administered by the Examination Section, AIIMS New Delhi, in consultation with nodal officers from all INIs. AIIMS, New Delhi, is the sole authority for conducting all aspects related to the Combined Entrance Test, such as application, conduct of exam, declaration of results, and Seat Allocation, as its responsibility is limited to these aspects of INI-CET only. Admission/Seat allocation into any participating INI will be governed by the rules and regulations of respective institutes as applicable. The Heads of Institutions of respective INIs will administer it.
All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, is a globally acclaimed public medical research university and hospital based in New Delhi, India. The institute is governed by the AIIMS Act 1956 and operates autonomously under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
Objectives of AIIMS
1. To develop a pattern of teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education in all its branches to demonstrate the high standard of medical education to all medical colleges and other allied institutions in India.
2. To bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of the personnel in all important branches of the health activity.
