AIIMS Announces Online Registration, Seat Allotment Details for the Open Round Schedule for INI-SS Course Admissions January 2024
Delhi- The examination section of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has issued a notice regarding the schedule for the open round of Institute allocation for applied subjects, for students seeking admission for ISI-SS (DM/MCh/MD (Hosp. Admn.) courses in INIs for the January 2024 session.
Schedule of Online Registration for Open Round Admission Round Institute Allotment-

Below, the steps are mentioned through which Online Registration & Submission of the Application Form will be done-
1 To enroll, candidates need to visit the mentioned link in the notice, choose their preferred course "DM/MCh/MD (Hosp. Admin.)," from the "Academic Courses" tab, and then click on "Registration/Login" under General Links to continue with the registration process.
2 Enter your Candidate ID and Password to log in.
3 On “My Page” click on the “Online Seat Allocation” link.
4 Candidates have to register for the open round of online seat allotment and fill the choices as per the vacant seat status and eligibility. It is also necessary to create new login credentials for those candidates who have not previously participated in INI-SS January 2024 counselling.
5 Candidates who have participated in the previous counselling sessions can use their old login credentials which were used in the 01st, the 02nd and 03rd rounds of counseling.
6 The candidate has to deposit a sum of Three Lakhs (3.0 Lakh) in the account of the Examination Section, AIIMS New Delhi through RTGS, NEFT or any other electronic mode of payment. Details of the account holder's name, account number and IFSC code are given in the notice.
7 After the payment is successfully done, the candidate has to submit/attach the payment details as well as cancel the check in the online portal (My Page).
8 No candidate will be considered for Open Round Counseling without prior willingness/registration, deposit of Rupees Three Lakhs (03.00 Lakh) and uploading of such payment receipts.
9 This round will be the final round of seat allotment and no further rounds of seat allotment will be conducted.
Eligibility Criteria-
Candidates who have appeared in INI-SS for the January 2024 session which was held last year on Saturday, 28th October 2023 and have obtained the following marks, are provisionally eligible to participate in the Open Round of Institute Allotment (Subject to other criteria) will be considered:
I All participating candidates scoring 50% or more marks are eligible for the open round of institute allotment.
II The allotment of institutes will be done as per their merit in AML and CML.
III Candidates applying for general seats will be eligible only for general seats and those applying for sponsored seats will be eligible only for sponsored seats. There will be no merger of seats from general to sponsored or from sponsored to general.
V To be eligible for AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS, candidates must be on the AIIMS merit list.
VI Those candidates who hold a seat in any institute in the previous round are not eligible for this open round.
B Both the Sponsored and foreign national candidates can also participate in the open round.
C Any seat that remains unfilled in MD(Hospital Administration) will be converted as per the following (Only in the open round (if any):
- EWS seats to UR.
- OBC Seats to UR.
- ST seats to SC and if still unfilled, to UR.
- SC seats to ST and if still unfilled, to UR.
