AIIMS INI SS July 2024 Round 3 Counselling Results Announced
New Delhi- All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced the results of the 3rd round of online institute allotment for DM/MCH/MD (Hospital Administration) courses for the July 2024 session at AIIMS New Delhi and other participating AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, NIMHANS and SCTIMST.
The result has been prepared according to choices filled during 3rd round of exercising of choice between the period of 04 to 11 June 2024 and merit secured in AML & CML.
The Institute of National Importance Super-Speciality Entrance Examination (INI-SS) entrance exam for admission to DM/M.Ch/MD(HA) courses was conducted on 27th April 2024 in online CBT mode.
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED BY CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED INSTITUTE AGAINST THEIR COURSE/SUBJECT IN THE 3rd ROUND OF ONLINE INSTITUTE ALLOCATION
All candidates who have been allotted an Institute in the 3 rd Round of Online Institute Allocation or have not upgraded an Institute allotted in the 2nd round of allocation are required to login through the online Institute allocation portal, accept the allotted Seat and report at the allotted Institute by 30 July 2024 up to 5.00 pm.
It is to be noted that if any candidate who has been allocated the Institute in the 3rd Round of Online Institute Allocation does not respond in any of the manner, his/her Institute allocation will stand cancelled and he/she will be considered ineligible for admission in DM/M.Ch/MD(Hosp. Administration) courses at allotted Institute.
POLICY REGARDING THE DEPOSITING OF DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATES/DD
The claim to the allotted Institute by candidates is subject to verification of original documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidate. If a candidate fails to submit all required certificates (original or photocopies with DD) his/her candidature shall stand cancelled.
List of Documents/Certificates that are required to be deposited in Original/DD (Three lakh) along with one set of self-attested photocopies as applicable.
i Offer Letter.
ii Institute allocation letter.
iii Final Registration Slip.
iv Admit Card issued by AIIMS.
v 10th passing/ Birth Certificate showing his/her date of birth.
vi MBBS degree & all years’ mark sheet.
vii MD/MS degree/provisional pass certificate.
viii OBC/SC/ST/EWS or Ex-Serviceman certificate if you have taken any age relaxation.
ix Upgraded Institute Candidate may submit/produce bonafide/receipt of submitted documents at previously allotted Institute to upgraded Institute.
x x Medical Council Registration.

It is also to be noted that the certificate from any other person/authority will not be accepted and no further correspondence in this regard will be entertained. The name, designation and the seal of the officer should be legible on the certificate.
IMPORTANT POINTS
1 This list includes all candidates who were eligible for the 3rd Round of Online Institute Allocation as per the information brochure.
2 This online Institute allocation list is provisional and subject to eligibility & other conditions.
3 Candidates who have been allotted an Institute in the 3rd round of Institute Allocation are required to mandatory report & join at the respective allocated Institute directly within the stipulated period of time.
There were a total of 623 seats vacant against applied subject/Speciality for the 3rd round of Institute allocation of INI-SS for admission in DM/M.Ch & MD(Hosp. Administration) courses for the July 2024 session.
