AIIMS INI SS July 2024 2nd Round Counselling Results Announced
New Delhi- All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced the results of the 2nd round of online institute allotment for DM/MCH/MD (Hospital Administration) courses for July 2024 session at AIIMS New Delhi and other participating AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, NIMHANS and SCTIMST.
The result has been prepared according to choices filled during 2nd round of exercising of choice between the period of 04 to 11 June 2024 and merit secured in AML & CML.
The Institute of National Importance Super-Speciality Entrance Examination (INI-SS) entrance exam for admission to DM/M.Ch/MD(HA) courses was conducted on 27th April 2024 in online CBT mode.
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED BY CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED INSTITUTE AGAINST THEIR COURSE/SUBJECT IN THE 2nd ROUND OF ONLINE INSTITUTE ALLOCATION
All candidates who have been allotted an Institute from their filled choices in the 2nd Round of Online Institute Allocation or have not upgraded an Institute allotted in 1st round of allocation are required to log through the online Institute allocation portal and actively exercise one of the following options from 11.00 AM of 10th July 2024 to 5.00 PM on 16th July 2024. Failure to select any of the options below will lead to forfeiture of the allocated Institute and the candidate will become ineligible to participate in 3rd round.
OPTION 1- ACCEPT allotted Institute and DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE in further rounds of Institute Allocation.
OPTION 2- ACCEPT allotted Institute and WANT TO PARTICIPATE in 3rd ROUND of Institute Allocation.
GENERAL RULES ADOPTED FOR 1st ROUND OF ONLINE INSTITUTE ALLOCATION
1 Every candidate has been allocated an Institute as per his/her best choice filled subject to merit in AML/ CML as applicable, as available at that rank for the 1stRound.
2 Vacant Institutes in 1st round of Institute allocation shall be allotted in subsequent rounds by following the above rules.
POLICY REGARDING THE DEPOSITING OF DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATES/DD
The claim to the allotted Institute by candidates is subject to verification of original documents for eligibility as applicable as well as identity verification of the candidate. If a candidate fails to submit all required certificates (original or photocopies with DD) his/her candidature shall stand cancelled, the Institute offered in the 2nd Round shall be vacated for the next Round and he/she will not be allowed to participate in the 3rd Round of Institute allocation process. However, the candidate will be eligible for the Open/spot Round of Institute Allocation (if any) subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria. The Candidates who are allotted an upgraded institute are not required to collect the Original documents/DD from the previously allotted Institute, submitted documents will be transferred internally to the upgraded institute.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE DEPOSITED IN ORIGINAL/DD (THREE LAKH) ALONG WITH ONE SELF-ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY AS APPLICABLE
i Offer Letter.
ii Institute allocation letter.
iii Final Registration Slip.
iv Admit Card issued by AIIMS.
v 10th passing/ Birth Certificate showing his/her date of birth.
vi MBBS degree & all years’ mark sheet.
vii MD/MS degree/provisional pass certificate.
viii OBC/SC/ST/EWS or Ex-Serviceman certificate if you have taken any age relaxation.
ix Upgraded Institute Candidate may submit/produce bonafide/receipt of submitted documents at previously allotted Institute to upgraded Institute.
x Medical Council Registration.

POLICIES REGARDING ELIGIBILITY FOR 2nd ROUND
The candidates who have been allocated an Institute in the 2nd round and have chosen the option 2 and have fulfilled the requirements shall be eligible for the 3rd Round of Online Institute Allocation. All the candidates who were considered in the 2nd round but have not been allocated any Institute will automatically be eligible for the next round.
