Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has extended the last date for the online registration & document uploading process for vacant seats for NEET PG and NEET MDS courses.

As per the notice, the last date for online registration & document upload for vacant seat counseling is extended till 10:00 am on 20th October 2023. Previously, the last date was 18th October 2023. Two more days of extension have been given.

For online registration, the PIN can be purchased online on payment of Rs. 3000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs.25,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) =Total Rs.28,000/- (Rupees Twenty-eight thousand only).

Process for registration –

1. For online form registration, the candidate has to click “Medical, Dental, CPS diploma” under “Post Graduate Admission.” A New window will appear on the computer screen.

2. Click the “Log-in for Post-Graduate Medical Admission” button. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

3. Click on “Purchase PIN” to purchase an online PIN. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

4. Click on “Candidate Registration/Login” to start the registration process. A new window will appear on the computer screen.

5. To register as a new candidate, click the “Click here for New Registration” button. By doing so, a New Registration window will be displayed on the computer screen.

6. Enter ‘Serial number of PIN’, ’14-digit PIN’, ‘E-mail Address’, ‘Mobile No.’, ‘Roll No. (NEET Roll No.’) and ‘Captcha Image’ in the appropriate box. Verify the details entered, and if every detail entered is correct, click the “SUBMIT” button. Then, the “Online Registration Form” window will be displayed on the computer screen.

7. The candidate has to fill up personal details in the format displayed in the “Online Registration Form”. Candidate’s ‘Serial number of PIN’ will appear as LOGIN/USER ID. After that, the candidate has to enter a password by using at least 6 (six) and a maximum of 12 (twelve) alphanumeric characters. Re-enter the same password in the space marked as “Confirm Password”. For future login, the candidate has to use the same Login ID, PIN, and password only. So, the candidate has to remember the password for subsequent login.

8. Verify the entries made, and if every detail is found correct, then choose the “I Agree” option at the bottom of the form if the declaration is acceptable. If the candidate selects the “I Agree” option, he will be allowed to click the “SUBMIT” button. In case any mandatory information is not filled, then registration will not be completed. In such cases, the incomplete fields will be highlighted by ‘*’ with red color or a message will be displayed. Provide the incomplete information and click the “SUBMIT” button. OTP will be generated and will be sent to your Registered Mobile.

9. Click on “Save Changes”. A new window will appear on the computer screen. “Save Changes”.

10. By doing so, “Registration Details” will be generated. If any corrections are required, then click the “EDIT/CONFIRM APPLICATION” button. The “Online Registration Form” will appear with already filled details, which can be edited by the candidate if needed. After editing, the candidate has to verify the details entered, and if every detail is found correct, then go for “Upload Documents”. After uploading the required documents, click the “Confirm Registration Details” button. No changes to registration details will be allowed after this. Now if any change required will be done at the help center before verification. Candidates are instructed to upload all the required documents before confirming the application.

11. Now, After registration, the candidate has to upload documents as per registration details as shown in the below screenshots according to category. Upload documents (readable photos) which are. PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format only by clicking on “Choose file” > select the photo the candidates want to upload > click on the “Upload” button > The document will be uploaded. The candidate can delete the photo if they want to change the photo>click on the “Delete” button and again do the same procedure to upload the correct photo. Choose and upload all documents one by one as given in “Sr. No.”

12. The candidate then has to submit “Registration Details” and all relevant original documents & self-attested photocopies at the appointed Help Center compulsorily.
