DME Gujarat Informs on Document Verification After Revised Cut-Off For MD, MS, Diploma, CPS, MDS admissions

The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) announced details related to document verification after the revised result/cut-off for MD/MS/Diploma/CPS/MDS courses.

Detailed schedule –

1. Documents Verification and Submission of Photocopies of Documents at Help Center - 05.11.2022 10:00 am - 09.11.2022 01:00 pm

Candidates who have purchased PIN online and registered online from the website: www.medadmgujarat.org by themselves to complete the registration process must go to the nearby help center with their required certificates and registration slip for Documents Verification after making the appointment. Help Center working hours - 10.00 am to 04.00 pm (Help Center will remain closed on Sundays & Govt. Holidays).

Candidates, who have already completed the registration process for the admission process for this academic year 2022-23 but are disqualified only as per the previous cut-off for NEET PG (MD/MS/Diploma/CPS/MDS courses)-2022, do not need to reverify their documents.

Original document submission at help center -

2. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC

3. Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees at Axis Bank

4. All year attempt-wise MBBS / BDS mark sheets

5. Internship completion certification or before 31/07/2022

6. Copy of NEET-PG Marksheet of the current academic year

7. Provisional Registration of State Medical / Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed internship ship)/Permanent Registration of State Medical / Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of old pass out candidates)

8. Document showing Date & Place of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)

9. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha' 4' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2020

10. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2020

11. Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign

12. Photocopy of Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority

13. 12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat)

14. Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS outside Gujarat but within India (only if their birthplace is outside Gujarat)

Further, DME has notified us that the academic term for the PG Medical course (MD/MS/Diploma) has started on 20th October 2022. So, all the candidates who are admitted & completed the admission confirmation process, i.e., Payment of fees & Submission of original documents to the Help Center of ACPPGMEC & getting an Admission order from the Help center, are instructed to join their admitted institute immediately without fail.
