DME Gujarat notifies on NEET 2024 Round 1 Allotment, Reporting Schedule for 2024-25, Vacant Seat Position

Gujarat- Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has released the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 1 allotment details and reporting schedule.

As per the schedule, the online payment or tuition fee payment for NEET UG Round 1 allotment is starting today i.e., 30 August 2024 at 10:00 AM and will be continued till 04 September 2024 till 03:00 pm. With this, the reporting and original document submission also start today and end on 05 September 2024 at 04:00 pm.

For all the eligible candidates who are included in the Merit List of ACPUGMEC, for admission to Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats of Medical & Dental Undergraduate courses in Government, Grant in Aid and Self-Financed Colleges for the academic year 2024-25, the schedule for the NEET UG 1st round of Allotment & Reporting are as follows-

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION FOR NEET UG 2024 ROUND 01

DECLARATION OF RESULT OF SEAT ALLOTMENT AND PRINTING OF ALLOTMENT LETTER

1 After choice filling ACPUGMEC will declare the result as per the candidate's merit number and choices filled.

2 Candidate can download his allotment letter and fees challan from his account after login with the help of User ID & Password.

PAYMENT OF FEES

1 Candidate can pay the tuition fees of allotted college either by online payment mode through the official website of ACPUGMEC or by cash/ Demand Draft through a designated bank branch.

2 After payment of tuition fees students have to collect receipts generated from the ACPUGMEC portal in 2 copies and a copy of the challan in 2 copies.

Meanwhile, the candidate who has been allotted a seat in the NRI category, has to pay Rs. 5.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) on or before 4th September 2024 up to 03:00 p.m. by online payment gateway or cash or Demand Draft in favour of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar in the designated bank’s branches approved by ACPUGMEC. After that, students have to confirm their admission by submitting Original Documents at the Help Center. Then the candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any currency on or before 8th September 2024 up to 03:00 pm at the admitted institute. If any candidate fails to deposit this fee at the admitted institute in the stipulated timeframe, the admission will be considered cancelled. ACPUGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 5.00 lakh after the completion of the whole admission process.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

1 Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Document Submission at the Help Center. Candidate can select the Date and Help Center for Document Submission at the time of printing the Allotment Letter.

2 After payment of tuition fees, the candidates who have been allotted seats, they have to submit their original documents at the appointed Help Centre as under. The documents are as follows-

1 Allotment Letter of ACPUGMEC [ACPUGMEC].

2 Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fee at Bank.

3 Tuition Fee Receipt generated through’ Admission Module.

4 Print Copy NEET-UG mark sheet of the current academic year.

5 Std. 10th Marksheet.

6 Std. 12th Marksheet.

7 Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate- compulsory for all candidates & Birth Certificate/ Passport- If birthplace is not mentioned in School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate).

8 Domicile Certificates for students born outside Gujarat (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar / Executive Magistrate / Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only.

9 Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.

STEPS FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

Below are the steps to confirm the admission-

STEP 1- Open the website for UG admission.

STEP 2- Login into your account.

STEP 3- Check your Allotment status.

STEP 4- Print the Allotment letter and take an appointment at a nearby help centre from your log-in.

STEP 5- Print fees challan (for all students) & make online payment through the ACPUGMEC portal.

STEP 6- Submit original documents.

STEP 7- Collect your admission order signed and stamped by the nodal officer from the help centre and secure it for further rounds.

Moreover, DME Gujarat has also released the list of non-converted vacant seats of NRI and PWD quota after Round 1. As per the vacant seats, a total of 834 seats are vacant across Medical and Dental. Of these, 680 are vacant in Medical and 154 are vacant in Dental courses. Below are detailed vacant seats-
