DME Gujarat reschedules NEET Round 2 Counselling 2024 Registrations
Gujarat- The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has revised the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 2 Counselling 2024 online registration dates.
On this, DME Gujarat has released the revised schedule for Round 02 Online Registration and Document verification only for those candidates who have not Registered in Round 01 for admission to 1st-year Undergraduate Medical and Dental courses for the academic year 2024-25 in Government, Grant in aid and Self-financed Medical and Dental after Qualifying Examination of 12th Standard passed from Gujarat Board or the school situated in Gujarat State from the Central Board, Council of Indian School Certificate Examination, Cambridge University and National Institute of Open Schooling and after qualifying as per All India Rank in NEET-UG 2024 and eligible as per Admission Rules of Health and Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Gujarat and respective council.
As per the revised schedule for the NEET UG round 2 counselling 2024, candidates can now purchase the online PIN from the website of the admission committee and complete the online registration till 17 September 2024 upto 05:00 pm. With this, the documents Verification and Submission of photocopies of Documents at the Help Center will be done by 18 September upto 2024 04:00 pm.

While doing the online registration, the candidates will also have to deposit a security amount of Rs 2000 + Rs 10,000, i.e. a total of Rs 12,000. Meanwhile, candidates who have purchased an Online PIN by paying Rs.11,000/- in Round 01 and have not done online registration/document verification & not submitted photocopies of documents at the Help Center after completing the online registration, need not purchase an online PIN again. They only have to do document verification & submit photocopies of documents at the Help Center.
After online Registration, the candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Documents Verification and Submission of self-attested photocopies of Documents at the Help Center. Candidates, themselves can select the Date and Help Center for Documents verification at the time of printing the Registration Slip.
FOR NRI CANDIDATES
After online application, the NRI candidates have to submit a Demand Draft of Rs.10,000/- in favor of “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar as a processing fee at the office of ACPUGMEC, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Only.
FOR LOCAL QUOTA
Candidates who want to apply for Local Quota Seats of Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad or Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education & Research (SMIMER), Surat. Candidate in addition to new online registration, must obtain a certificate that he/she is a local student of Ahmedabad/Surat city from the Dean of the respective institute, for this candidate has to contact the respective college.
